"Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and attentive. Whenever we encountered an employee, they greeted us with a smile. For health reasons, we use sanitizing wipes when we check in and there was no dirt! Very good cleaning practices."

"I stayed during the weekend of the 2024 Final Four. The Hotel is perfectly located for a brisk walk to State Farm Stadium. My stay was so fantastic that I have to give it a 5-star rating. However, I must point out that food service was unavailable on Saturday night of Final Four weekend. There are countless eateries in the area around the Hotel but they were swamped due to Final Four visitors. Kudos to the Hotel staff. They were candid, forthcoming and pleasant in apprising me of the situation. Other than that matter, the food service was superb in every respect, particularly the breakfast buffet. I plan to stay at the Renaissance upon my next return to Phoenix. "
