I stayed on this property twice in a year .. first stay I had the alarm beeped every 15 min … needed to call the facility to de-activate . Second stay, last week I had the smoke alarm falling down in my bed from the crib in the middle of the night ..a paper napkin was used to position on the ceiling … instead of screws … You need to check out this hotel .. when comes to safety and maintenance.. other than that the hotel is clean and loved the breakfast offerings .

Just a stone throw from H. Coanda airport this made it an ideal stay for us. From we entered the reception foyer the staff were amazing! Their smile and the pleasantries were first class! Thank you to Cristi and Lauren who worked on Tuesday 9th April you were both amazing! Your customer service and warm welcome made our stay much easier. Thank you also to Alex our waiter and Ati service was top tier; and cant forget the chef who made our meal so special especially the lamb shank and creamy mash and of course the apple tart and custard. Excellent house keeping service too. The rooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable for a well needed rest after our flight and excursions. We had dinner at the restaurant and we felt that the prices were too high compared with the prices of an equivalent restaurant that n downtown Bucharest. Ex. One Ursus beer drought 40cl cost 30 RON att your restaurant while at the downtown restaurant, the same beer cost 11 RON only. Otherwise the room was OK. We stayed one night so we can caught a very early flight.

The hotel is excellent, but having to walk to/ from airport with luggage is not easy. The sidewalk is narrow and bumpy. I hope they will bring the shuttle back.

The hotel is walking distance to the airport, which is extremely convenient. The rooms are nice and you cannot hear the airport noise. We went down to the restaurant for dinner and although there were hardly any patrons in the restaurant, we were told we could not seat at a comfortable table for 4 (traveling as two). This seems silly to me, as we were able to do so for breakfast the following morning. I would encourage the staff to use common sense with seating preferences. A small inconvenience, but these hotels pride themselves on service and that was a bit lacking in the host. Waiter was friendly and accommodating!

Easy for the airport.
Great hotel - but I like a cool room to sleep in. The room was boiling hot when I arrived and it took a while for the a/c to cool it down. In the middle of the night is reset itself to the default boiling hot setting and I was unable to adjust it back down as it was a locked setting. Apart from that it was super easy to get to from the airport, I walked as I only had hand luggage, but be warned you have to cross over a small road from arrivals to departures, then walk past departures and you're there in approx. 200m. Pavements weren't in great condition, so if you had a lot of luggage I'd suggest a cab. Room was comfortable and quiet with no airport noises heard. Bar service was efficient and the food was delicious, breakfast had a huge amount of choice and was just what I needed for the day ahead.
