A wonderful hotel. The staff at the front desk was warm, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite with a loft. The room and the furnishings were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was that the hallways are quite dark. otherwise a great stay. I’d definitely stay again.

Pleasant, relaxing, welcoming and comfortable hotel in Brussels. Have stayed there several times and it rarely disappoints. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds. I look forward to the breakfasts in a unique glass-roofed room with a generous variety of food to choose from. I'd recommend the Manos Premier and would stay there again.

Location is great. Far away from the tourist area but close enough to everything. Rooms are a bit small. Gym was a bit disappointing, could and dark. Rest wall more than done.

For a 5 star hotel I would have expected a bigger room, and an elevator. all the rest was old or very good.

Nice stay.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and meals. Each room seems to be a bit different. Has an old charm to it but could do with a bit of updating to the decor in the rooms.

Gracious hotel in a pleasant location. Although not close by to many shops, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the Louise shopping area. A few restaurants and bars are near. Staff are pleasant, helpful. Guest rooms that I stayed in are old-style tasteful with modern touches. Comfortable beds and amenities add to the welcome. Breakfast offers varied options but is slightly pricey; drop it five euros and it would be excellent. The garden is a pleasant extra. It is a green hotel, too. I recommend it.

The Hotel looks very unimposing from the outside on a tight urban Brussels street - but has an atrium dining room and very pleasant back yard. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and the dessert was wonderful. The room was clean and pleasant with a good bathroom. The only negative was the honor bar refrigerator did not work and was not replaced as promised. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Manos Premier and would stay there again.

The definition of luxury stay
A magnificent looking hotel with solid calm class. Been on our bucket list for many years and the opportunity arose. Huge dining area, one of the best restaurants in town and a huge outside garden for enjoying our morning breakfast. And they accept pets so all positives !

Comfortable room in a lovely part of Brussels. The superior room would be great for a couples holiday and good transport links near the hotel.

The staff was really helpful. The hotel was lovely - rooms were small but quaint. I loved that our bed was in a loft and a spiral staircase to get to it - not for everybody but for me that was charming!

Great but beware the room/bathroom description
Overall our stay at the Manos Premier Hotel in Brussels was good. One issue was that we booked through Hotels.co.uk where the room description stated the bathroom would have a bath/shower over tub combination. It did not have a bath at all and the shower cubicle was minuscule. I always book a room with a bath where able and it would have changed my choice of hotel if no baths were available. The receptionist did not have any rooms available with a bath. This spoiled my enjoyment. Otherwise the hotel was good and in a great neighbourhood for our needs, the service excellent and the choice of breakfast ample. We did not use the restaurant as it was not open during our stay.

hotel was fine but they overcharged me I did not accept the final bill and they said they would charge the amex card I gave them when I arrived Problem relates to fact that I booked with expedia and was then offered a better rate by hotel who said that their rate would apply I should have cancelled with expedia but forgot When I arrived at concierge I showed the rate agreed but received a bill for expedia rate. Total difference was 15 Euros. If hotel were not going to honour agreed rate they should have advised me at cheque in and then could have sorted out between Manos/Expedia and myself

Charming old-style feel
The sink was clogged, I notified it and no one came to revise it. When I notified for the second time I was changed to a better room, the people at the front desk were friendly. Just beware if you are traveling with seniors, make sure to specify that so they don’t book you a room that has no elevator access. About 20 minutes walk to city center, close to shops.

Conveniently located hotel
I stayed there 9 nights. The staff was very pleasant and very welcoming. They all spoke perfect English and were very knowledgeable about current happening in town and about all attraction which made it very easy on me to adjust my trip happenings due to bad weather. The place itself is amazing. With beautiful library, great bar and absolutely amazing restaurant called Kolya. I had breakfast there every morning and it was always just the best start of my day. I highly recommend this place and I will be back next year.

Hotel Manos Premier
The Manos Premier is a beautiful hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and very helpful. We were in room 32 on the ground floor at the front. It was a little noisy with the trams rumbling past but as your in the city centre I suppose this should be expected. A good pair of earplugs is recommended.

Hidden Gem of a Hotel
We only stay at four and five star hotels and this hotel is one of the most unique and noteworthy hotels we've ever stayed at without a doubt. The staff was always helpful and interested in meeting our needs. The room was very nice and the bed was soft, comfortable, and high quality. They have a a large garden (or yard) behind he hotel which makes up over 2.000 square meters of green grass and lushish plants. Perfect for our little dog who, after five days there, thought the garden was his because he felt at home there as did we. We didn't want to leave the hotel after our five day stay. The restaurant was absolutely superb! The executive chef always came out to talk to us throughout the meals to discuss what they were preparing for us which was really nice. The food was some of the best I've had and I've had some of the best in the world. This is truly worthy of their Michelin status. Overall, the hotel ammenities, staff, and restaurant exceeded our expectations. It is one of the best hotels in Brussels and the best family owned hotels ever.

Right near the main fancy shopping streets, the hotel was recommended by a local as one of his favorite hotels in the city. Of course he was right. Really helpful staff at giving us directions, holding our bags our last day, recommending things to do. Perfect small hotel is you want to feel Europe.
