"This is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Room was clean enough but not pristine, The bed was firm but comfortable, room was small but functional. Excellent location next to the Bruges train station. Breakfast was a good value at $13 Euro as you could make lunch for the day as well. Front desk staff were excellent and very accomodating. They can store your luggage if you need to check out but want to spend the day in Bruges."

"All the amenities at the hotel were good and it was nice to have a swim in the pool. It looks as though the carpets in the public areas have been renewed very recently and the superior room we had was spacious enough for the three nights we were there. The hotel is very well positioned for Markt Square, about 150 metres away. We felt the breakfast cost of €28 was a little much, so had breakfast elsewhere, but the drinks prices in the bar were competitive with the bars outside the hotel. The real high point was the bar staff though, who were engaging and full of suggestions of places to eat and drink. Thanks to the manager, Frankey, Nico, and the lady who served us on Friday evening (sorry, we've forgotten your name) who gave us some great suggestions of bars to visit. We've stayed here before but this time was made special by your great, friendly service! The hotel is easy to get to if you've come by train, as the cab from Bruges rail station us 10 minutes or so, and around €15.50. We really enjoyed Bruges and will return to The Navarra again."
