Thank you for your review. We enjoyed reading your fantasy story but we would like to add some objective facts. All your frustrations are derived from either an inability or unwillingness to read. On every booking site you are provided with check-in and check-out times, a list of room facilities and much more information about the hotel. Had you made an effort to read what you had booked then you would have noticed that reception closes at 8pm and that there is no airconditioning in the hotel. By making a reservation you accept the terms and conditions so there is no point complaining about them afterwards. Moreover, there is a hotel brochure in every room which contains all information about the hotel, including the Wi-Fi code. Naturally you have to bother picking it up instead of putting a suitcase on top of it like you told us you did. If you felt the attitude of our staff was not good then we would like to remind you that communication is a two way street. If every suggestion, question or polite remark from our side is met with an indifferent and entitled demeanor from your side then it ought not surprise you this behaviour does not endear you to our staff. A hotel's staff are there to serve people but they are not servants and should also be treated with respect and courtesy. With regard to your other observations about our hotel and the room you were in we can only put this down to personal taste but if you are wondering how come we have so many positive reviews and why your experience felt different then we suggest you look into the mirror first to find the answer.
