I’m conflicted about this stay, but overall- I was disappointed, considering the price of our stay. Pros: -Staff was lovely; all of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly -Convenient location (although I don’t know if there’s a hotel in the main area of Brugge that wouldn’t be convenient.. it’s a small town) Cons: -Room was incredibly small and there was no privacy regarding the bathroom. The toilet had its own room, but everything else was out in the open. This meant the entire room got muggy and damp, even with a warm shower.

The hotel location is good, there is no minibar at the room (if it matters to you, for me it does, there was no option to buy water) when i asked for water in the morning (to but it) the only option the offered was to buy the whole breakfast to get it. They only left one towel for our room and took a lomg time to get another one. There is a strong smell at the halls of the hotel. Im surprised this hotel had so many good reviews since ours was a really bad experience.

This is a stylish and charming hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and there was parking nearby. It is very close to the Market Square but on a quiet back street.The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind and we had a delightful stay. Will go again! The perfect place to celebrate a birthday.

This is a great property in the center of Bruges but hidden enough to have quiet time once you get to your room. It’s within 3 min walk to the central market and in between the two main shopping streets in Bruges. This is definitely a highly recommended hotel for your next stay in Bruges.

My only displeasure is the lack of communication of additional purchasing. Was unaware that every bottle of water was 4 euros because in some hotels those are included. Also, did not know the breakfast was not included but that could have been on me. All in all, thank you for a great stay and if I am ever back in Bruges, I will stay again.

The property was a very old building that had been renovated. While the bed was lovely and was comfortable the bathroom was so tiny when you sat on the toilet your face was almost touching the wall. There was no space for toiletries. The breakfast was excellent.

Great boutique hotel in ideal location in Bruges

The positives were friendly helpful staff, large room and comfortable bed. I was disappointed as we read so many good reviews. The negatives, I’ve never wanted an accessible room, so not sure why we were booked into such a room. The bathroom is very poorly designed, nowhere for bathroom amenities, not even shelf in the shower for shower gel etc. No hooks for towels. Room is not very noise proof so we didn’t have very peaceful sleep.

We were given a room that was accessible through the service entrance. The hotel and lobby was what attracted us to the property.. and as no time was the location of the room told to us.. pleas make sure if where the room is located before you book here.. also please note that both nights there was a lot of noise and it is difficult to sleep..

Dear Devanshi, It surprises me to hear you did not appreciate our Family residence with separate entrance. Most families with children really enjoy the residence because they do not have to worry about the children making noise and there is a lot of space in the residence. Our guests of the residence are off course more than welcome to enjoy our courtyard and livingroom, like all other hotel guests. It's mentioned on our website that the family rooms are located in the residential part of the hotel, but I see you did not make the reservation direct with us but through a tour operator, unfortunately we do not always have influence about the information given by third parties. We are located in the middle of the center but in a quiet street, apologies if you encountered any street noise of people maybe passing by as it was Pentecost weekend, so one of the busiest weekends of the year. We do hope we are able to welcome you again, maybe in another room type? Please contact us directly in the future if you would like to stay with us so there will be no misunderstandings?

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff - amazing, the ambiance - superb, the rooms - lovely, the location - perfect. I traveled with a few friends after a work event and this was the perfect, relaxing hotel we were looking for. It’s very close to everything by foot. Also, they have an amazing cafe selection with fresh infused water, coffee, treats. Honestly, a must stay if you’re heading to Bruges.

We loved our stay here! The staff was so nice and accommodating. We loved talking with the staff member who helped us carry our bags to our room. Everyone was so friendly. Eating olives and drinking beer in the lobby was also a nice night cap. Our room was cozy and very comfortable and clean. We Loved the view of the clock tower! Would stay here again for sure. Modern, clean and top quality hotel!
Top quality hotel in the centre of Bruges! Would 100% stay here again if travelling to Bruges. It’s clean, modern and we had a great night sleep in such a comfortable bed! We had booked a Sablon room and felt it was lovely so I’m sure the upgraded rooms and fabulous! Tea and coffee included as well as lovely toiletries. We had the best time!

Great hotel in a great location in a great city
Bruges is an amazing place and this hotel is in exactly the right place to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was warm comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and could provide any details you required about the city. The entrance to the hotel is off the side street and you feel like your are going in through the back door, but this is correct. The reception is very warm and comfortable as it is also the bar area. I do plan on another visit to the city and would stay in this hotel again without hesitation.

Lovely modern feel in this old hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is very nice, the breakfast even nicer. There is a small lounge area and if the weather is kind a courtyard with seating. The welcome and introduction to Bruges is without fault, thank you.
