The breakfast bar at the hotel was one of the best I’ve been to at a hotel in this price range and the property was very clean. My only complaint would be that the run was clogged when I took a shower, but that could be an easy fix.

We like dogs, and even own one, but we had people who had their dogs barking throughout our stay and thus made it not relaxing.

From the moment I stepped through the front doors was amazing until I went to check out this morning. I have to say that the 2 ladies at the front desk didn't even acknowledge that I was even leave never thanked me for my stay...basically ignored the fact that I was even there.

The property and staff were great! However, they had no record of our Expedia reservation. I booked 4 rooms back in June, receieved a confirmation number and several emails leading up to my trip. Thank goodness the staff at the hotel were able to make accommodations for us at the last minute. Last time i will ever book through Expedia.

Maid with long black hair was rude and no one was at the desk most of the time. Ice machine on our floor was broke. Non guest in the pool. During breakfast coffee was out when I told the dining attendant she blew it off and went to tell someone else instead of getting it her self. Breakfast was fair. No maid service for towels or trash nothing on a two night stay and if you try and ask one they are non American. Not impressed at all

There was an issue with the check in that was prepaid through your website. They needed an additional $25 for" incidentals". That is kind of crappy considering the money for the stay was taken out of my account 4 days prior to our arrival. Please rectify.

comfortable beds, good bathrooms, but no microwaves which i was shocked by. microwaves are a necessity in hotel rooms. also no kids shows (nickelodeon is the only kids channel but at night all they show is friends) and very limited channel options.

Everything from cleanliness, friendliness of staff, ample breakfast made for a great stay. I believe the price is somewhat high for the level of hotel, otherwise would have been a perfect 10 to be honest.
