This is a young workman sleepover type of place. Lots of rowdy drinking young men (I saw no women). The walls seem to amplify the neighbors' noise. I'd rather have paid only a little more for a better night sleep. th

I wasn't comfortable.
This is beyond a budget hotel. This is rock-bottom. It has a purpose, super cheap, but I wasn't comfortable.

Ok for stopover
Handy for stopover as near Motorway. Looks a bit tired now and could do with a lick of paint and a good clean. Only one badly placed plug. Bed clean and comfortable and lots of shops and eating places nearby. Ok if a cheap price but wouldn't pay lots for this hotel.

One of the older style Premier Classe buildings.
A lower than average transit stop on the route back from Spain. We were welcomed pleasantly at reception and given a ground floor room as requested.The room smelt and felt damp when we arrived. There was one bedside table, a small desk with no local powerpoint without disconnecting the airconditioning. Am not sure there was any effective thermostat on th a-c. Having said that, we slept well and the double bed seemed fine. The shower drain was inadequate so the bathroom floor flooded. I pointed this out to housekeeping as we left - they seemed to know!

Good value if after a cheap stay
Good cheap place to stay if you are passing through. Ok for us suited our needs. Very basic, like an old Ibis budget hotel. Bed, very small private bathroom, bench, wifi, free parking & discount at restaurant across the road. We got a great deal so we’re very happy.

Very very basic
This was the most basic of basic, and probably not worth the 30 euros or so we paid for it. The shower leaked out into the main room, close to electrical appliances. There was only one plug socket- not terrible, but not very convenient. The bed was not comfortable and the housekeeping turned up without knocking at 8.30am. That being said, the room was clean (if a little dimly lit), the TV worked and the check in service was very easy to use.

Unfortunately we booked Premier Hotel instead of Budget Hotel and were disappointed on arrival. However it was excellent value for money although breakfast on offer was a little disappointing. Excellent Chinese Restaurant within walking distance.V

Basic and getting worse
This Premiere classe has not been given the latest upgrades and it shows! The location seemed to be in a backwater which was not well maintained. The facilities were the usual basic PC level so one must not complain for the price, but it was badly managed. We were given an old piece of card with our room details written out - no print out our card pass. And that was about the general level throughout. We went across the road for a meal at the Campanile Restaurant as it was the only one within walking distance. Reluctantly it was the worst we have even experienced in over 20 years of using them. The menu was VERY limited and the staff were rude and untidy. Nuf said!

Budget hotel with tiny bath room
This is a Budget hotel and you get what you pay for. It is clean. The bathroom is tiny like all Premier hotels. Only one person in bath at a time. Over all a good hotel, but not great.

Very Convenient for the Auto Route
This was an exceptionally good stop over on our drive from Le Havre to Barcelona. Very close to Autoroute, Supermarket and Restaurants.

Very well pricand convenient between trip segments
I was able to find this Premiere Classe on short notice and was happy to find it exactly where I needed to stay overnight during a long drive from Brittany to the Gorges du Tarn. This PC was a bit better/cleaner than the one at Saumur.

The smell of smoke was overwhelming. The Internet did not work in the room and it was like sleeping in a box. However, you get what you pay for.

Ideal stop-over
This is an ideal stop-over when travelling in France. Just 3 minutes from the motorway with easy directions. Very friendly staff. Had the benefit of a reduction on the menu at the Campanile just opposite.

Basic convenient stopover hotel, but overpriced for the quality
This hotel makes a great cheap stopover in the Brive area. Good points: very helpful staff on reception, near motorway but quiet, has high definition LCD TV in room, powerpoint that stays live even when you're not in your room. Not so good points: very small, very basic room, cheap but overpriced for what you get.

Premiere Classe Brive La Gaillarde Ouest
Basic overnight accomodation in excellent condition & clean. Free WiFi in rooms. Continental breakfast available for less than 5 euros in clean & well kept breakfast room, other meals available at sister hotel across road. Very convinient to motorway & direct route into Brive town centre. Only downside is hotel is located on entrance to industrial estate

Séjour convenable. Tout est bien excepté des personnes se levant tôt qui ont oublié que d'autres pouvaient encore essayer de dormir. Mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien bien que l'isolation phonique ne couvre pas tout à fait le bruit de la circulation très matinale. Autre détail que j'ai signalé : le radiateur électrique est à refixer. En conclusion bon rapport qualité/prix.😉
