The staff were friendly and helpful in answering our questions, and they stored our luggage while we waited for the check in time (our flight arrived early in the morning) allowing us to walk around without our bags in the morning. "Very handy to have the NCP car park attached to the hotel. The welcome on reception on the ground floor was very warm - Anne was lovely and is a credit to you! The food was very good - waiting staff quite slow despite the restaurant in the evening being almost empty especially when the Maître D said he would return to take our mains order in a couple of minutes and finally arrived about 10 mins or so later. "I was disappointed that, although there seemed to be very few guests staying, we didn't have a sea view. Instead we had a view of the back of the driving range. Although the room was overall very clean, the dark carpet had obvious bleach spills and stains all over, and new carpets were definitely needed. One of our bath towels had obviously been used to wipe the floor. "

"Overall experience was good except for the extra cot they had put in the family room. Only because it was supposed to be used by a kid they probably thought of leaving it uncomfortable. The mattress on the cot was so so horrible each and every spring in that created a bump and that bump was felt terribly on the back even a kid could not sleep on it. "
