I ordered a steak for in-the-room dining, which took 1.5 hours to arrive. The steak was cold; the chip was cold.
During the waiting time, I tried to call reception to follow up 3,4 times, and then they blamed me for putting in the wrong room number, so the meal arrived late. It is an unbelievably pathetic excuse to blame the guess that they put the wrong room number for in-room dining when I had been calling to follow up 3 or 4 times for my meal!
Make a complaint and no formal acknowledgement or apology.
The room is old and smelly, the same as the hallway.
