Quite surprised it was such a quiet room as it’s next to a busy road. Reception was lovely and very helpful. I would recommend this motel. Room was just a tiny bit mustyish.

I had the room with the spa. It was clean and fully functional. The bed was comfy too. Staff were pleasant. Would stay there again.

Not happy with the downgrade (even if I got a refund) when the spa room was available on many platforms. Probably because I booked with a good Expedia discount rate? Poor communication from the office, never replied my emails for more than a week! Not staying here again for sure.

The room was really large , it was a great location close to food stores and restaurants . Beds were super comfortable and staff were friendly . At night we could hear the Beatles makes a loud noise but that is nature !!

Arrived, reception unattended. Pressed service bell x 2. No answer. 15 minutes later. Rang phone number on door x 3. Get a call back. When I say I am at reception to check in I am greeted with a large sigh! I am given a key for 1 room even though I booked and paid for 2 connecting rooms. I am told no connecting rooms!!! I am offered two options. A shared disability room or two separate rooms. Not interconnecting. I advised these won’t work as I am travelling with a person with disability and he has to have his own room and it has to connect. I stated I will have to cancel. I am then told I need to pay more for a connecting room!! Well that’s not going to happen I said. With that, I have handed two keys, and he walks away. As I am getting into my car I am roughly handed another two keys!! For the connecting doors…so they do exist!! Once in our rooms. I Have to take padding out between interconnecting doors and move a lounge so doors can open. I check website which states connecting rooms on at least 3 different room types. The male who served me was extremely rude and arrogant with zero customer service skills. Surely as a customer you are within your rights to say what will work for you and what won’t. Apparently, this is considered “having a go at someone”. This male is definitely in the wrong job, if you don’t like dealing with customers get another job!!

Sorry for your experience carol. It is a new mattress in which is replaced from vandalism. we do apologies if it did not suit your comfort level, however we do aim to please a broad market. The cold water has an intricacy in which you should have been told about, not sure if this had occurred or not, however a simply word to someone would easily address this situation. Apologies for your frustration.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was convenient for our needs only being a 10 min drive away. Shops were also nearby which made shopping super easy. Only complaint I gave was the outside smoking tables being directly situated below bathroom window and the ashtrays.

Late arrival. Organisation of late arrival with hotel was good. Room was clean. However is next to Gympie road, so if you are a light sleeper, the road are busy and noisy on weekdays morning.

We had a great weekend. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff worked very hard to please everyone, well done to them. The room was good and so nice to have a bath tub and not just a shower. The proximity to the mall and eateries was great. All-in-all great experience, will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. 👏👏
