The self check in is simple. If you have a problem with the room, you have a problem! Rooms have no opening windows for fresh air which was annoying. I had to vacate room for some time to allow airing due to pest control chemical smell.

Room was basic but clean and sufficient for 2 night stay. Bed was comfortable, bathroom could do with updating but water pressure was great in the shower. Pool was lovely for a dip. There is no lift at this property so was difficult to get luggage and pram to second floor. There is also no storage facilities to leave luggage after check out. However this room was the cheapest option in Brisbane for this weekend and good value for the price. Also walking distance to the Citycat ferry and some lovely cafes. Contactless Check in was seamless using codes sent via SMS.

I never got to stay in the hotel, there was no one at reception on my arrival and I had no phone to check in with. The whole experience was a waste of time. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I have anything to do with Expedia or the Hotel

Basically, I wouldnt recommend staying here. Only benefit it has is some proximity to Brisbane Domestic Airport, but you still need to Uber or catch a taxi anyway, so just stay somewhere else.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesn’t work, got out of the shower to the words “F you C…” that was written on mirror. Had people next door partying reception called them to turn off the music and didn’t last long, they started yelling at the wall

The room was clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable. The motel is a short drive to the airport. Perhaps it's still being renovated, but some of exterior tiling and other fittings are old and loose.

When I arrived to my room it had a high smell of mildew. I rang the number provided and it was a call centre. An hour or so later the manager arrived and acknowledged she could smell the same but there were no rooms available and I would have to move elsewhere and my refund would take 10 days. My flight was early in the morning and moving hotel wasn’t an option. I ended up checking the one door that lead outside and it was covered in black mould that they had tried to clean. The smell was horrendous and Expedia should not recommend this place. The new manager was lovely but no staff onsite doesn’t help at all.

I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at Alloggio. The room had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the overall hygiene was questionable. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, and the absence of basic amenities such as cutlery, crockery, and wine glasses was disappointing. Additionally, the lack of face and hand towels, along with having only one chair in the room, made the stay less than satisfactory. The inconvenience of having to request a microwave added to the overall dissatisfaction. Considering the price paid, I regret to say I won't be returning to Alloggio.
