Friendly staff, Beautiful view and love the details of the hotel. I like the TV says my name when I arrived. I also like the bathroom has shower gel, most hotels just give you a piece of soup. And lotion by the sink is a nice touch.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while doing some shopping in North Conway. Selected the hotel for price, since rooms in North Conway were twice the price, it was more cost effective to stay there. The room and hotel were very good. Decent breakfast in the morning. My only reason for not give it a 5* rating is that there is just not much around the hotel itself. You need to drive 7-10 miles to find a restaurant and a lot of those are only open from Wednesday to Sunday. We were there on a Monday/Tuesday. I know that's not the hotel's fault, but it is something to keep in mind when booking. The hotel was clean, quiet and the little interaction we had with staff was quick and professional.

Our room was very clean on arrival. Staff was very nice and accommodating when asking for extra pillows, cups and other items after refusing houskeeping when extending our stay. The bed is very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our reservation said check in at 330 pm, when we got thier we were told to comeback at 530pm, we feel asleep in parking lot, two hours then we asked for late check out They gave is 15 min, i have sayed at other hamptons, cape cod, conway, etc...only thing good was the continental breakfast, that was a 10

Normally I give all 4-5 stars whenever I stay, and everything was the same. But I stayed in a room next to a room marked "mechanical" on the first floor (223) and holy jeez, there was crashing rhythmic noise coming outta that mechanical room for days. DAYS. Sometimes at night, sometimes during the day. It was really disruptive.

Well we have stayed at the Hampton Inn Oxford for the past several years with us always giving a rating of excellent to the questions asked in their survey. What happened this time was on one of our nights we happened to have loud noises in the room above us and a barking dog across the hall from where we were staying. The important point of stating this dilemma was how quickly the manager handled this situation and both issues were addressed within hours. We were very impressed and happy with the outcome and will most definitely return.
