Good hotel very close to the central train station but not so close that you hear the trains. Area is in a sketchy neighborhood but perfectly safe as long as you stay aware. Great breakfast and quiet clean rooms. Friendly staff

Disappointing
There was no one at the desk on arrival. The room was small and very basic. The room was very hot and didn’t have air conditioning. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow provided was about as comfortable as a tea towel. The bathroom was very small and had the feel of a cross Chanel ferry. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Not value for money.

The property is nice but the neighborhood is low end. The staff has an attitude and was hardly helpful.

The rooms are nice, but getting luggage to them is tricky. There is only a small elevator and quite a few stairs. Breakfast was nice though. The surrounding area feels a little unsafe to travel with kids, but if you are ok with it the 20 minute walk to the Schnoor district is lovely.

The staff at the hotel was really service oriented. They were friendly and helpful going the extra mile to make sure we had enough pillows and a place to store our luggage after check out. Breakfast was one of the best during our entire Germany trip with a great selection of hot and cold food. The room was very spacious with great amenities.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious well resourced and clean. The shower did go hot and cold at times but ok. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The breakfast was excellent. The area around the area felt a bit unsafe with a lot of unsavoury characters and apparent drug users but we were not threatened. overall a great stay and good value

Great Hotel
4 night stay with friends. All were happy with the rooms and breakfast was good too. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent too.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I come back to Bremen.

Quiet hotel near railway station
Hotel in a quiet street yet very close to the main railway station and city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good but pricey.

Lovely little old-style hotel. Very professional staff. Breakfast is far above level of other local hotels in this category, Very complete spread served in elegant dining room with outstanding service. Rooms are a bit old fashioned in a charming way. There is a very short stretch of dodgy businesses to pass between station and hotel, but I never felt unsafe and the location proved to be extremely convenient for trains, shopping and the old town. Based on comfort, location and value, this is one of my top two choices for Bremen, beating out three higher category hotels where I've stayed on previous visits. Note that the front entrance must be reached by stairs. Staff is very quick to offer assistance with bags, but this might be an issue for guests with limited mobility.

Clean, convenient, affordable
Nice clean hotel, minimalist room. Great place to stay if you just need a place to sleep at night. There’s a small club nearby, but didn’t hear any of the noise from my room. Close to the train station (~500m) which was convenient.

Hotel is modest but clean and very functional. Wifi worked well. The only small issue was that the brotherhood around the hotel felt perfectly safe but wasn't family friendly: I feel if have a lot of explaining to do if I had young ones.

Three steps forward, two steps back
Room spacious, bed comfortable, convenient to train station. The stepdown into the bathroom is potentially dangerous, especially for seniors. Tub slippery, no handles, towels thin. Bedside lamps useless for reading, but floor lamp helped somewhat. I asked if checkout could be extended 1 1/2 hours and was told it would cost 15 Euros extra, which is petty and outrageous.

staff is amazing.place is a bit old and not very practical with the parking. needs another way or another lift. lift is really old but works.hotel is nice and looks great. rooms are comfy clean spacious. very close to town center and train station. totally worth it.

Good hotel in convenient but quiet location just a five minute walk from main station. Ten minute walk or two minutes on bus to the old town. Breakfast good but expensive.
