Great location. Great staff. Super breakfast. Wifi worked well. Website says no parking but reduced rate parking is available next to the hotel...similar to a hotel that I stayed at over the summer in Braunschweig that was advertised with parking

Interesting but slept very badly.
Wonderful hotel in super part of town. Easy to walk to all places. Unfortunately, all the outside tables were reserved, event though 80% were empty. Don't worry, lots of restaurants nearby. Public overnight carpark 50m. We had to change room (downgraded) because the electricity tripped off at 11pm. Girl in reception didn't know how to reset it (she was being trained up). My suggestion is to train your staff during the day so they can then learn from more experienced staff. Great breakfast - it had zircon whereas the rooms only had a fan. Oh - and when the temperature is 30deg.C at night, don't put your adult guests in a childproof room where the window only opens 10cm. Again, the inexperienced staff could not locate the key to open the window. So - a good stay but could have been much better.

Die “verfügbaren Parkplätze” begrenzen sich auf reguläre Parklücken auf der Straße. Davon gab es nicht wirklich viele. Die Option ist das Parkhaus gegenüber. Dieses ist teuer und sehr eng. Das Zimmer ist eins der schrecklichsten gewesen in denen ich jemals untergekommen bin. Tut mir leid, positive Erlebnisse kann ich nicht teilen. Das Restaurant nebenan ist jedoch klasse!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im hier. Das allein spricht schon für positive Erfahrungen. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Hier, im Herzen der Stadt, kann man Restaurants, Bars und Parks fußläufig erreichen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und das Restaurant "Vielharmonie" im Haus, mit großer Aussenterrasse und Bar, ist sehr gut und hat ein tolles Team! Leider müssen wir im Interesse anderer Gäste auch ein wenig Kritik anbringen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist zwar durchaus angemessen. Man sollte aber nicht damit leben müssen, dass ein "Deluxe" Zimmer so hellhörig ist, dass man selbst Gespräche aus den Zimmern anderer Gäste, die in normaler Lautstärke geführt werden, oder Badezimmer Geräusche aller Art, mehr als deutlich mithören muss. Und jetzt, in der warmen Jahreszeit (August!), ist es sehr laut auf der Straße, was an Wochenenden die ganze Nacht durch anhält. Johlende Heimkehrer und vorbeifahrende Autos, die ihre Stereoanlage wummern lassen, sind nicht die beste Schlafmusik. Vor allem, wenn man eine Zimmer im ersten Stock hat. Selbst bei fest geschlossenen Fenstern, was im Sommer nicht immer angenehm ist! Wir konnten auf jeden Fall kein Auge zutun. Da hilft auch das komfortabelste Zimmer nicht weiter. Das sollte man seinen Gästen nicht verschweigen, oder sie zumindest darauf vorbereiten. Dann kann der geräuschempfindliche Gast selbst entscheiden, ob er lieber nach oben zieht. Oder das Hotel räumt für Zimmer mit dieser Problematik einen angemessenen Rabatt ein.

Alles sehr eng. Das Waschbecken war ein (schlechter) Witz, zu klein für zwei Hände. An der Zimmertür habe ich mir ca. fünfmal den Kopf gestoßen, bin 190 cm groß. Frühstück ausreichend, aber Konfektionsware. Lage ausgezeichnet wegen der Nähe zur Altstadt.
