"Everything was good except one of the queen beds was sloped to one side of about 2 inches. So i kept waking up on the other side almost off the bed. Pillows wedged helped stay put in one spot. Food was good for breakfast. Kind of small room with only one desk wuth a chair. No comfy chair. Shower had good pressure. Nice quiet location."

"Unlike previous trips, building 11 was many blocks from the lobby and physically at the bottom of a hill with a large curb drain to the river about 50’ away. With the possibility of 4-5” of rain, we checked out early. Plus, unlike other buildings there was no elevator."

"The staff was really helpful. I booked a room for my parents and they went out of thier way to make them welcome. My parents said the breakfast was good and the room was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. It was thier Anniversary, Sue and the staff made a little surprise for them when they entered into the room. So if you have a special occasion, let them know and this is the hotel to go to. Thank you all for what you did for my parents and making the welcome."

"There was a problem with the jetted tub leaking. After notifying the attendant, maintenance was at the door within 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. We will be back! Thank you!"
