The property staff was very accomodating. We had some issues AFTER check in, but they handled them swiftly and graciously- moving us to a more suitable room...which we appreciate so much!
We will say that it is obvious that this property was recently acquired and is undergoing changes. Lots of necessary repairs. Heard other guests complaints, while at the indoor pool, about how the pool was suposed to be heated and you could tell it absolutely was not. We had to pull our toddler out after about 15 minutes, or so, because it was too cold. The only Ice machine in our grouping of buildings was out of order, so i had to go up to office to get ice, and vending machines that appeared to take a card...did not. Only took cash. Inconvenient when you just want a small snack for the kiddos. With a few tweaks, and some cosmetic and functional repairs/corrections-this hotel is on its way to being a top hotel in Branson. Hoping to see these implemented on our next visit! Thanks guys and dolls
