Thank you for the kind words. We're going on the 20th season of ownership and have substantially remodeled 4 times. We travel frequently and do not find many rooms with MODERN sanitary vinyl flooring, brand new full sized coffee pots, brand new docking stations for all modern electronics, brand new microwaves, brand new refrigerators, make up towels, shampoo, soap, blow dryers, brand new linens, etc. In October of last year alone, at the advice of our accountant, we invested 80,000.00 just in the small things mentioned above. To include brand new air conditioners, 3 brand new 80 gallon water heaters, brand new commercial washer and dryer set. Our beds are of the highest quality and maybe 4 years old. Outside of that, I'm not sure what else anyone could expect? In our 20 seasons of operation we have never heard a peep about the temperature or amount of hot water. We have a brand new circulating pump so that, unlike most hotels we ever stay at, each guest has instantaneous hot water that never runs out. Ever... The sinks and faucets are all less than 4 years old as well. I still have brand new back ups in our utility room from the last big remodel. Our walls and flooring were deliberately installed with sound barriers. All flooring has the Pergo soundproofing insulation under it. All walls have a minimum of 5/8 inch sheetrock under another quarter inch panel and then most have an additional 1/2 sheet of plywood on top. As far as the "competition" we are leaps and bounds above a majority of properties in Branson. Yours is a rare review as anyone can see. As a testament to that fact, Branson as a whole, is down this year. Our Motel Just had it's best November EVER and is neck and neck for it's best year with an ADR and Occupancy rate every property in Branson wishes it had. Lastly, I'll say that every last photo out there of our property is 100% real. We do not photoshop nor doctor anything representing our rooms or facility. What you see, and what you saw before hitting that reserve button, is what you get. What else could we have possibly done for this guest to not have unmet expectations which is always our goal? Ironically, this is another anonymous review...
