The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was very clean. New sheets, bathroom very clean, bed was firm and comfortable. The only bad thing is there is no do not disturb sign. The cleaning staff does not know if guest wishes to sleep in or not. They knock and wake the guest.

Our stay was good. There were a few issues, including the shower curtain not going all the way to the floor so the bathroom floor got soaked, the shower head was placed for a 5’ person, not good for someone taller than that. There was an issue with the jacuzzi tub, but not major, we could still use it. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just not great either.

I have mixed reviews for this site. The price was great for the room and the warm pool and the hot tub, plus breakfast. For sure a great price. But we did have a couple of problems. They only gave us 3 towels for 4 people and thank goodness we had pool towels because they told us we had to just catch room service or were out of luck. We were out of luck as we never caught them to get another towel. We tried the next morning by having room service come, and placing one towel on one of our bags so they would hopefully leave it. Nope. Only 3 towels again. Also the microwave was extremely necessary for me due to health issues. I can't eat anything but the food I prepare and the turntable didnt work so it didn't cook well. The fridge made noises all night and kept waking all of us up. Finally the room heater didn't work. BUT still for the price we paid it was nice. I just wish the room had been in better working order and that when we had a room for four people four towels would be provided.

Beds comfortable, clean, housekeeping serviced room each day during our 3 day stay. Indoor pool & hot tub is in building with office and breakfast area, have to walk outdoors to get to from rooms. We were mostly attending shows so wasn't a huge disappointment that we didn't use pool. Overall good value for the price.

I love Angel inn central, its near tons of attractions, Walmart and MC Donalds and a Grocery Store are within walkable distance. Clean and comfortable. Budget friendly for families. Nice indoor Pool and Hot Tub. Good Hot Breakfast, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee. Will Stay again! Only down fall this stay is that we went for the hot tub, and didn't find out until we checked in that its wasn't working....kinda hurt the experience for my Husband..but we d go back, but wed probably call first.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, with other pastries like bagels, muffins, and waffles plus cereal and juices. Staff was helpful. Only disappoint was the pool area - no clean towels and the pool was cloudy. Hot tub felt good though.

The room was musty and smelled like mildew, the bathroom was even worse and smelled musty like mold. The fridge door had filthy, sticky handprints all over it and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The bottom metal pieces on both beds were sticking out and we all hit our ankles causing bruising and bleeding. The breakfast was not great at all, the waffles were so watered down that you could see through them once cooked. And the most disappointing part was that the pool was only open for a few hours during our entire 3 day stay. When I asked front desk they told me it would be open within half an hour but I never opened back up. They also lied to Expedia when I tried to get a partial refund (because the pool was the only reason I booked there) and said that the pool was open the whole time as far as they knew. They also tried saying the sign was up but we could have swam because it was just for the chemicals. The pool water was also DISGUSTING!! It was so murky you couldn’t even see the pattern painted on the bottom. My children’s swimsuits smelled like human urine after the pool and I had freshly laundered them before leaving. You also get a single towel for each guest and have to request a towel at the pool. Overall terrible experience I hope you don’t have to go through. Book somewhere else.

The hotel check-in time was at 3:00 pm and we had two rooms booked. We arrived at 4:20 pm and was informed our second room was unavailable and it was in the process of being cleaned. At 5:00 pm the room had not been cleaned. We asked the front desk for a discount since it had been 2 hours since the original check-in time and they said they couldn’t do that, but instead gave us a different room for the same price. They should have given us a room that was available instead of making us wait. Also, they wanted us to be patient because they only had one housekeeper for the entire hotel and the reason the rooms were not cleaned was because it was spring break. My understanding is that check-in time means your room will be ready regardless of being the busy season.
