We offer more amenities than hotels offer. Full Breakfast is free, we provide Starbuck coffee pods in your room free of charge to use at the coffee bar. We offer free bottle waters in the room. We have cookies at the coffee bar for free. The only thing that you paid for was for the laundry that you needed to wash. Which is lower than washing it yourself at other hotels. We called you and asked you if you were oaky to switch room to an upgraded king room and you agreed to do so prior to your arrival. However, thank you for your review. We appreciate your business.

Mary,Thank you for your response and we appreciate your business. However, our property is not required to be ADA compliant. When you and I spoke, your only requirements were that the bathroom door to be large enough for a walker. Therefore, as mentioned prior to your arrival, we do not have handicapped parking as the property is so small. More importantly we made sure that we delivered your breakfast in your room free of any room service fees or tips, although we are not required to do so.

Let's begin by telling you few facts around this stay. The guest arrived at the property on or about 5:43 pm. They were riding a very loud bike that they had drove to here from their home in Maimi. Christiane and Omar arrived in the breakfast room and were very loud. They started conversation with guest three tables away and told her they were travel reviewers and everywhere they went they would write reviews. They said they would destroy business that told them no on anything. They were so loud that office staff behind a locked door heard everything. Upon checking in, they were given map of the property and direction to their room as well as map of area and given direction to riverwalk and restaurants. They asked for restaurant recommendation, and they were given few along riverwalk. They were unable to operate the fan in the room!! we sent them direction and they noted that they would try when they returned. Guest did not let us know that they were not able to operate the fan after instructions were sent! The statement that fan was not working is a lie. They guest sent a text asking for beach towels. In the text they received upon checking in, it is noted that "Pool towels are complimentary, however we charge for beach towels. The statement that we charge for pool towels is a total and proven lie. In their text they asked for Beach Towels, and we noted there is minimal charge for renting beach towels. Property is noisy in fact due to loud bike such as the one Mr. Omar was riding on the property. For most part it is not loud. AC in the room is controlled by an App is not accessible to guest. This is noted in the card in the room and guest registration. Room temperature is set to 72 and the thermostat that is in the hall is for hallway and not the room. Therefore, another totally untrue statement. It is guest responsibility to provide information on allergy or food preferences. We serve one breakfast egg dish. If you do not want the complimentary breakfast; you can purchase others from menu.

We appreciate your feedback. However, we cannot determine why would you write a review as this. This is full detail of your stay with us: You arrived and were checked in by staff member. You arrived for breakfast. Based on posted policy in Expedia, Continental breakfast is free and full breakfast is at an additional charge. However, for better customer service, we provide an option for full breakfast for free. You made several remarks with a racist tone towards our Latino waitress; specifically, about the breakfast burrito and how bad it was. Kitchen noted that chef in charge that they actually came out and asked if you prefer something else to eat and provided you with options at no charge.Later that morning you came to checkout and leave. The staff member who checked you in, noted, she asked if there was anything we can do or a reason for your early departure. Your comments were as follows: "I know this your family business and I do not want to insult your family. Just wanted to say that the room is tired." That was staff member and not a family member. Did you assume this was a Latino owned and run hotel? Second why would you not allow her to move you to another room? Does not make sense. Our hotel is very transparent of what we provide. Location is on a main artery in Bradenton and two rooms facing that street do have good amount of insulation that once in the room, noise level is minimal. If certain comfort in the room is important to you, please ensure that you read the room amenities to ensure is provided for you before you book. We have rooms with coffee makers and various comfort items that are offered at higher rate. Additionally, we have pictures of each room and bathroom with caption of room number. Our reservation confirmation includes room numbers so that you are aware of the room you are booking.We are here to ensure that your stay is the best it can be, and the staff tried to address your concerns. Please contact us with any questions.

I am sorry you feel that way, we know our customer have choices and when they chose us is an honor. However, I am sorry that you did not agree that all guests must be registered with the hotel at the time of check-in and there is a charge for having additional guests. All rooms have base occupancy of 2 when you exceed that there are charges that apply. Although we did not charge you for third person, you demanded that they receive free breakfast. As per hotel policy only registered guests will receive complimentary breakfast. Our assistant GM was the person assisting you in that morning and he is known to be the real nice and friendly. Ken, we are sorry to hear that you had difficulty getting to your room. However, many request in advance or the of arrival to change to first floor. We generally honor such requests. We do have Fridge for our guests in common areas. To maintain very beautiful rooms, we do not offer cooking area in the room. We have full-service restaurant in event guest need anything to eat or drink. Thank you for wonderful description of the property.
