Hi Dorina,We apologize for the ice in the freezers, but these mini fridge's freezers are quite small, so they freeze up quickly. We checked the lamps in the room you were in first and the lamps are working fine. We did not move you immediately to another room though as soon as you addressed your complaints.
We have stayed there many times through the years.. We were very pleased that the rooms had been updated and were very clean. Outside could still use some work. But "first things first". Appreciate reasonable charge for small dog.

Tried to charge 150$ for smoking but we don’t even smoke.

Hi Robyn,When you checked in you signed a registration form saying that you would not smoke in our nonsmoking, but you did smoke. There were cigarettes and ashes everywhere. On top of this, you had a undeclared dog. We were unable to charge you for either of these things because your credit card was declined.
Very clean and quiet place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower while staying in Bozeman, this is the place for you.

Hi Cannon,This review speaks more about you then it will ever about us or our staff. We are sorry you are upset that you were kicked out for smoking in our nonsmoking room, but there are consequences when you break policies that you agreed to.
The woman working the desk was terrible. She accused me of being rude and when my husband went back to pick up the key she said the same to him and we were told we would not be allowed to stay there if we continued to be rude. We have stayed there many many times. We have no idea what she is talking about. Something must have been wrong with her. We will never stay there again!!!

Hello Darlene,There is nothing wrong with our staff. However, each time you come to check in it is way before check in time (several hours early) and you demand a specific room. Not only this, but you ask for keys to the room while the room is still occupied. We will never give out keys while another guest still has keys to the room. You have stayed here many times, but that does not give you a reason to treat our staff badly. We have never said anything until yesterday, but guests who treat our employees the way you do is simply unacceptable and we will not tolerate it. We'd stayed here before and it was always clean but this time the carpet had not been vacuumed. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The pillows old and too flat. The staff was nice and accommodating when I asked for more coffee and pillows. We could hear people talking next door until 1 AM. The worst part was the room heater sounds like a plane taking off.

Yes, it’s an older property but as other have said, you can tell they’ve updated areas that made it a quite nice experience. It had a mini fridge, microwave, tv, cooler/heater, and clean bed. That’s all I can ask for in a basic room. It’s walkable to a few bars and places to eat.

Was in a Jam my purse was stolen. It was dark & i had my small child with me. I had called my parents To have them rent me a room for the night until morning.When I could figure things out. So my parents booked a room for me and my child, When I Arrived the lady Refuse to give me a room because my parents booked it

Their website clearly specifies "Santa Fe Red's Mexican Restaurant" however, upon checking in we come to find out it closed 3 years ago, no dining within walking distance. The floor was hard and uneven, the beds were lumpy and we woke up with sore ribs, plus the walls were very thin, could hear the people in the room above us talking...I would NOT recommend this motel to anyone and we will never stay there again. Sometimes you get what you pay for

There are three restaurants within immediate walking distance of the motel: a Mexican restaurant (a short walk across the street), Applebees (directly across the street), and a restaurant inside the Best Western (right down the street from us). Regarding the beds, all of our beds are brand new including the bedframe, boxspring, and mattress. We are sorry that this bed type didn't work for you, but they are all new beds. Needs updates….wall plug adapter is held to wall with packing tape and wires don’t connect without the night stand pushing on it. Friendly staff and easy access to area.

Property has very convenient location. Parking was good. Beds were good but not great. Shower was hot. Snow removal could have been done more thoroughly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. Will stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.

Hello Juan,There were no complaints from you until you were contacted because your credit card was declined. You made 28 reservations for at least three days each and stayed all of these without a single complaint until we called you about a very simple thing: a declined credit card. You proceeded to argue that the card was not declined and you expected is to hold a room for you for 7 hours until you arrived. That is not how this works. Additionally, when we tried to talk to you about a broken shutter (that we never charged you for), you blamed it on other guests/our staff saying it was already broken. We were extremely reasonable and fair, but you refused to work with us. Finally, this review does not make any sense. What does "their light contacts are not useful, the bathrooms are covered as well as the sinks" mean anyway?!

Large rooms with large bathroom counter, separate from the shower and toilet. Large fridge, but did not have a freezer. Microwave. Comfortable beds. No complaints from us, we will stay there again.

Older hotel but well kept. The service was great and there is a Walmart across the street as well as many dining options. Bed was comfortable. No complaints at all

Initially there was a slight mishap when checking in my room. The staff accidentally assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, they quickly and cheerfully corrected the situation, not a big deal. The room I did get assigned was quite clean an adequate. The exterior of the building is badly in need of repainting and the outdoor carpet along the entrance balconies needs replaced. Overall, yes I would stay there again.
