The hotel was a disappointment for being part of Hilton, the bathroom was tiny, you sank uncomfortably in the couch and there were only three pillows on a king size bed. We were on the first floor and you could hear everyone moving around above us along with all of the plumbing noises. It was definitely not a relaxing experience.

The property was nice and well kept. The room itself appeared mostly clean. However, I dropped an earring back and went searching on the floor it and found less than clean conditions around the beds.

Pros: Tons of food and shopping nearby Cons: Tons of food and shopping nearby. I know your saying what??? The problem with the tremendous amount of choices nearby is that the traffic is also TREMENDOUS. But this is the only issue with this hotel. It is extremely pet friendly but I can honestly say that those guests with pets seemed to be placed together and I was not bothered by any pet noise. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. They need to work a little on the exercise room equipment but that was minor. The free breakfast was unique, but very good. It is a small hotel, 3 floors but probably not more than 50 rooms so the parking was very adequate and close. Security of the hotel also very good.

I've stayed here before, and knew the rooms to be large with a partioned separate sofa space, which is a big plus when traveling with kids. Other than that, my previous stay was fine but nothing to write home about. For this visit, I reserved a king suite room with a sofa bed at this 3 star hotel, but when I arrived, they told me they were overbooked and had transferred my reservation to another hotel. I was told I would be reimbursed and they would cover the new hotel. New hotel was only a 2 star hotel and room was small, standard size room that shrunk to nothing when the rollaway was added so we would all have somewhere to sleep. Home2suites later changed their mind and wouldn't reimburse, despite the new room being smaller from a lower tier hotel. Entire process of interacting with staff was very unpleasant, as they lied multiple times, didn't call back, and then said it was my fault for booking through hotels.com. So, book here at your own risk. I won't be doing it again

The microwave in the room didn't work. The couch was terribly dirty and cushions were crushed. The noise was atrocious, we got not rest. There were children above us and they front desk wasn't able to get them to be quiet.

Quaint stop in Bowling Green
Great little stop in Bowling Green, KY on the way back from Florida to Ohio. Kody was great at check in, and very apologetic when our room wasn't quite ready. The hotel was very nice, however it was not quiet on the 4th floor as we heard a lot of kids running up-and-down the halls and dogs barking. The pool was beautiful and perfect for afternoon respite. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby and if you are in town you must check out blaze pizza! It is so delicious and worth stopping in.

Everything was great as far as the property is concerned but our room was one floor above the patio area and there were loud guests there well after 12: 00 pm. We had to call front desk 3 times before issue was resolved. Loud talking and music was playing up until almost 1:00 am. Other guests as high as 4th floor could also hear it.

Overall nice. Would stay again, but beds & pillows are not comfortable, & parking is a tad limited. There were a lot of normal trucks with car hauling trailers / enclosed trailers taking up a lot of spots leaving barely any spots for normal vehicles. I do wish there were pet friendly only rooms, then non-pet friendly rooms so you don’t get stuck in one that smells like dog pee. I sprayed everything we would touch with microban before we touched anything (bedding included), & we wore shoes everywhere. Even to go to the bathroom during the middle of the night. Rooms were not nasty, just something I do anywhere we stay to make sure it’s clean.
