Great location. Comfortable rooms. Spa needs work. Pool and jacuzzi area need updating. Jacuzzi was not warm. Otherwise hammam, sauna and relaxation areas are good.

Great location next to old town. Lovely pool to relax by but unfortunately only opens in morning at 10am so can’t have a swim before breakfast. Huge comfortable bed. Quiet area.

Ability to walk into town centre at night Friendly, helpful staff Noisy lift which backed onto our room Bar menu only available after 2;30 and only 4 choices limiting for longer stay Website said no under 16s in pool area in August, but on four occasions we had baby toddler 7yo and 12 yo - I chose specifically because said was adult only.

No children under 16 went to the Spa. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the hotel. Close to everything and walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was good and pool was a nice addition to relax at. Erwan at their reception was very helpful, professional and courteous.

Relaxing Stay
Great stay. Wonderful amenities. We enjoyed the Spa and friendly staff. The parking garage is very tight but located nearby. Convenient to the winding streets of the old city and a 10 minute walk to the visitors center where tours depart.

Loved our stay here!! Beautiful garden and pool. Our room was large. Staff were so friendly. Perfect location just outside of the busyness but a few minutes walk into the city centre. Very much recommend!

Great hotel. Close to city center, stores and restaurants. Nice lounge and sitting area with books. L’Oranger restaurant is sleek and modern, with great food and service and i door and outdoor seating. We will definitely return.

Like all the hotels we stayed in France I like that they clean your room daily without you having to make a special request. I like that check out is at 12. I wish hotels in the United States would follow these principles of courtesy towards their well paying guests. This hotel has a wonderful spa with a full gym. It is clean and comfortable and within walking distance to many restaurants. My only complain is that they were very slow in refilling the breakfast menu. Even when there was still a half hour left on the schedule they did not refill many things.

My Retreat in Aix-en-Provence
The Aquabella is a gem in Aix-en-Provence. It has been remodeled since my last visit and it is beautiful. The staff was responsive and kind. The L’Orangerie restaurant was beautiful and the food delicious. I will always choose to stay here when I visit Aix.

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our visit. The hotel is located perfectly in the center of Aix and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Beautiful grounds and nice pool. Breakfast buffet was great. There is parking but not directly on site, only around the corner city parking lot which is reimbursed by hotel so make sure you get clear instructions on exit ticket for the lot instead of paying at machine. Staff were great. Would stay again!

Great stay
The property is very well maintained, and the swimming pool is very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the middle of the old town with all kinds of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

An unexpected oasis in the middle of the city!!
