The room needed some sheetrock repair. For me how to work the blinds ( because the switch was a cross the room) was counterintuitive. Have no idea how to work the towel warmer. Once you have left the hotel it is pretty much impossible to speak with a live person on the phone

The property and rooms are very clean but the rooms are incredibly small. The convertible futon was moderately comfortable and took up most of the room when extended bed mode. When you enter the room, there are only a couple inches between the door and bed. They make good use of the little space in the room (cubby hole cut out features like a tiny house). The Rain shower was the best feature. The only areas for improvement would be adding a fridge to the room.

We loved the Yotel! We weren’t planning on spending much time in our room so it was just what we needed. The location is unbeatable and the restaurant inside had great cocktails.

First visit to Boston, reception staff were absolutely amazing. BA lost our baggage and we were without it the whole time. Reception staff were super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Room is very small but arranged well so you will feel ok. Staff are very friendly. Location is also good. Trader’s Joe is behind the hotel!

Great location but the rooms are tiny. Front desk staff are very nice and efficient. Lady Bartender at restaurant next to lobby was a Debbie Downer. We went to Tuscan across the street next two nights instead.

The staff of this hotel is very helpful, the location excellent, the rooms quite clean, but this is basically a luxury dormitory, not a 4-star hotel. I have never seen a room so small. The bed is about 2 feet away from the door. The sink is hardly bigger than in an airplane lavatory. Even for a single occupant, I had trouble finding place for my stuff. I just can't image three persons in this room (there is a second bed on top of the main bed).

This is a fairly new property in a very safe neighborhood in Boston. The location has good shopping and restaurants nearby and 2 restaurants and bars onsite. The rooms are very small but well designed. The is no room service or in room coffee or fridge.

Know before you go! This is an “experience” hotel. The rooms are called cabins and are very small! Once the bed is down, you can barely walk around and the bathroom has glass walls, with only a curtain between the bathroom and sleeping area. We did it know any of this and we’re not happy with the room. Also - DON’T book early! I paid almost twice the going rate for the room and was subject to a 30-day cancellation penalty so I was stuck with it.

Nice small rooms as expected, designed well. The property did not have a typical lounge or sitting area. The lobby restaurant and seating was closed where they won’t even let you sit in the lobby and kicked you out. Of course there was no room in the rooms to hang out. If you want to get together and talk, leave the property.

Accessible to airport and all other downtown sites. Seaport, where hotel is located, is a high end city area, and there is a Trader Joe market behind the hotel as well. Shake Shack next to it as well and a King’s bowling alley across the street.

Rooms are way too small. Really only for 1 person. SUperficially things looks clean. But buttons on control panels are sticky and surfaces have stains. No one is taking the time to deep clean. Walls are way too thin, can hear everything. For the money, would not recommend.

Rooms are very small and a little too techi-glass bathroom doors and showers doors with patterns allowed zero privacy and patterns in glass made me dizzy. Staff was very good and accommodating, especially the Friday evening valet man.

Walking distance to many dining and shopping options. Family spent time in the city while I drove outside of the city for work. Valet was great and easy to get to the interstate.
