"Unfortunately, there was very little about our stay that met expectations. We were particularly disappointed with several aspects of the experience:
There was an erroneous charge of $422.00 placed on our account, which required me to contact my credit card company and request a replacement card.
The floor in our room was dirty and appeared to have sand or similar debris on it.
The room itself was considerably smaller than expected.
The cost of food and beverages was extremely high, while the quality did not justify the price.
Service was excessively slow, including waiting approximately 20 minutes just to receive cocktails.
Given these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or acquaintances moving forward."
