Only negative was they have huge onsite parking. But they charge $14 a night! Its like paying for parking while u are shopping at Target or walmart!!! Why

This Fairfield is in a convenient location. Sign & Entrance not visible, need name on building or visible vertically from buidling. Disappointed to pay for parking. Food in bar area could be broader choice. Overall, decent service. Thanks

We called twice and they didn't realize we had a reservation. Had to call a third time. This required us to scramble a bit to try to find a room for the night, only to call again and then they found our reservation. Bathroom trash still left from last occupant. Bathroom soap also used from last occupant.

Hotel itself is in new condition and sparkling clean. Easy to get on and off the highway, accessible to Boston, great value compared to other hotels in the area.

The breakfast started at 7 am, my event started at 9 am and therefore I wish breakfast started at 6am. The hallways were very loud, there was other guests running and screaming in the hallways until around 10 pm, it’s not the hotels fault but it was very uncomfortable. There was also a surprise $10 parking fee, to leave my car in a ungaraged parking spot.

The hotel is very well appointed and well maintained. Its appearance is slightly offputting and the entrance is not easy to find. It is very close to the motorway so you can hear the traffic noise on one side of the hotel.

Having to pay for parking was ridiculous. “City view” is not really a city view it’s a view of the noisy Highway traffic. Certain items such as the table in the room were broken. Sofa bed in room dirty with crumbs from previous guests. No convientant dining close by. Would never book to stay again.

Comfortable, clean room. Good facility. Helpful staff. The only knock I have is that the area around the hotel is quite industrial, with no amenities (e.g. restaurants) within a reasonable walking distance. Everything requires a car.

Love Fairfield hotel
I love staying at Fairfield hotels, always clean, friendly and upscale for the price this was no exception. Except for this location off a main highway was very loud traffic all night I would not have expected that it wouu I do have been so loud.
