The place was appropriately priced. Don’t expect 4 star hotel amenities and facilities. It would have been fine, but the room smelled. There were no extra pillows or a blanket for the sofa bed. We were provided with a sheet. The towels and couch were stained and there was hair on the floor. The breakfast is muffins and coffee, which is fine. I didn’t expect it to be a Hilton, but I did expect it to be cleaner. In a pinch I would stay again, but most likely end up paying more for somewhere else.

It was not a great experience. The sink in the room was leaking and we were told they will fix it or change the room but nothing happened till we checked out. My wife got bug bite sitting in the couch. We are not going to choose this property again.

The mattress on the pull out couch was poor quality and dirty and did not come with sheets. Also, the fridge was very loud and kept the whole room awake at night. The staff was unhelpful and did not give us any sheets or extra towels and was overall not at all helpful

After driving two hours and arriving at the hotel, we were told that we only booked one room (we actually booked two rooms), and we ended up driving back home as we couldn't find another place to accommodate 4 people. This totally messed up the plan for attending the graduation commencement.

The manager who checked is in was amazing. However, it was obvious the location was vastly understaffed. I saw them (manager) working what seemed like 24/7. Barely saw any other employees. STOP UNDERSTAFFING

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April. We found the hotel to be very comfortable. We liked having the large space with a couch, coffee table and a kitchen with a full fridge. There were plenty of families staying in the hotel and you could smell their cooking in the hallways - this was understandable and not a problem at all as the odors did not enter our suite. The others staying there were very friendly - as were the people at the front desk. And even with the kids staying in the hotel, the place was quiet. I have read about bugs in the rooms but we did not see any in, or outside of our room during the 3 days that we were there. Our room was clean but we did see some room for improvement with the cleaning of the hallways. There isn't anything around so you'll have to drive to get to shopping etc. The freeway is very close to the hotel so taking it to get into Boston is convenient. The breakfast was very basic but this is likely due to there being full kitchens in the rooms. The room was economical considering everything you get.

First, the positive - Rebekah and Derrick were fabulous. Really nice people and solid professionals. Without them, this place would have been totally unbearable. Now the negative - the room was kind of skeevy (is that a word?) The furniture looked like it was picked up at a garage sale in 1975, and not a matching piece in the room. There wasn't a garbage pail in the entire room or the bathroom. Kitchenette also looked like it was from 1975 and there wasn't a single plate, bowl, pan or piece of silverware to be found. The common areas of the hotel were very tired looking.

I was given a room with broken shelves, no pots or pans (however their policy is that they don’t provide those things until a customer asked) in which I understood because people do steel. The dishwasher was filthy in the first room and so Rebecca accommodated me as well as Jose was an updated room and that room was amazing. I was provided with the amenities needed to cook and everything was smooth sailing after that.

Back (security) door to building did not lock, room door dead bolt only locked if you lifted the door by the knob first, peeling ceiling paint, peeling floor vinyl in bathroom, missing closet doors, there was an envelope on the room table asking for a tip for the cleaning staff - but we had no maid service in the three days we were there.

The place needs maintenance repair. Staff do try to help you at any concerns. Place does need a better maintenance team, for repairs as walls bathrooms electrical. The first day was disappointing but once we mention the conditions of the room they did their best to accommodate us in a better rooms. The room was clean, but the entire floor was linoleum. The floor was very cold around the bed and couch areas. When I asked for an additional pillow, I was told there were none to spare. The coffee table edge and surface were worn and the legs were very loose.

The property was neat and clean and cozy. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only thing was, when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They were obviously busy helping out another guest and were very professional and helpful when they returned. But it was weird to stand there for about 10 minutes with no way to let someone know we were there and waiting to be checked in. We arrived at 10 pm, as we had informed the hotel. Great hotel, very clean, quiet, and cozy.

Although the property seemed decent from the online photos, my room was absolutely deplorable. There were cockroaches (I have photos), dirty sheets, dirty appliances, dirty kitchen area, generally unclean all around. I didn't discover the cockroaches until the morning, otherwise I would have left immediately.

What started as a great anniversary weekend ended shortly after we checked in. The room was a non smoking room yet smelled as if an entire pack of smokes was lit and rubbed all over. Needed 1 full bottle of Febreze just to tolerate sleeping in the room. Not to mention finding dead cockroaches in the kitchen and living room space on top of other assortment of bugs. Trash was not emptied out of the trash bin. On top of all that the bathroom vanity was damaged and so was the dresser with the TV stand. Lets not forget the lack of noises control after midnight. The property on the outside looks great but once you exit the main lobby you find parts of the ceiling tiles all over the floor casually brushed to the side of the hall ways and stairs. I will never stay at an extended stay ever again. Only good thing about this property is the staff. They do the best they can but when corporate keeps short staffing while consuming enormous profits for 1/2 a star accommodations its a miracle this one hasnt been condemned

When I showed up the place was dark and dirty. Someone had gotten badly injured and was being wheeled out in a stretcher, and people were partying. Manager was unsurprised by all of this. I wasn’t even able to check in, desk guy tried to charge me an extra $100 and couldn’t provide any documentation supporting this apparent “policy.” I want a refund.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming hotel room was a little dirty and the furniture was broken I fell once I sat on the chair and it don’t have screws holding it together.

Heater didn't work kept blowing cold air, the vending machine didn't work as well. trash throughout the hallway. the Bedsheet and comfort were dirty and dingy. Bed was uncomfortable.
