End of a long day of travel And waited and waited and waited for shuttle . Called after waiting 45 minutes. Said driver was short distance away 20 more minutes. Finally got to checkin and was told I needed to call. NOWHERE in reservation or confirmation or website does it say that. This will be a last resort property for me in future

Good morning John,I am so sorry about the confusion regarding the shuttle service. The shuttle does run 24/7, but does need to be requested by calling the hotel so we can coordinate. On the Marriott website the information regarding the shuttle is listed. We hope you do reconsider coming back.

Charges to my card even though it was prepaid. Watch your credit card charges carefully. Looks like a scam at this point. Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel, find another option.

Convenient for the airport. Gym, pool, and 24 hour shuttle. Restaurant doesn't open for lunch (only breakfast and dinner) but you can get delivery

Overall, a nice place. The website and online process a bit difficult. It was not clear when I booked the room that I needed to reserve parking to leave my car. Both Expedia and Marriott sent me to the other to add parking and I was forced to do this when I registered, not knowing whether there would be space. $30/day is very high!

Check in was very slow due to only one clerk and also due to slow, rudeness of customers. Clerks could be trained to have guests step aside to allow others to advance to the desk. I did not physically checkout because of this slowness to avoid missing the shuttle and my flight
