The bathroom and kitchen were incredibly dirty and missing soap and other cleaning materials. I appreciated the responsiveness of the host, but I did not find the stay to be as advertised.

This is a horrible hostel with no facilities. Not even any toilet paper in the bathroom. The room was cramped and overheated, the bathroom and kitchen were not clean. There was no one available for check in or check out. Other residents were noisy. The area was run down although was quite close to two T lines and a good supermarket. Would not recommend.

BAD !!!! DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. I wish I took the reviews into consideration before I booked. I had to find another hotel to stay at. I didn't even check in because at first I couldn't find the location and I couldn't get a hold of and one for help apparently you aren't able to talk to anyone after 5pm. There isn't a check in desk at this location. When I arrived at what I believe was the correct location, it looked extremely sketchy with flipped dumpsters and garbage all around. The people running this are very negligent and unprofessional. I had to find another hotel. Even though I never checked in I was told I couldn't get my money back. I'm still going to try to file a claim in small claims court. I guest that's how these people make their money by scamming people. They don't care about the people who give them business, just about the money they can try to get from people. This place should not be in operation in any shape or form. I would give it a rate of -1000 if I could.

Door opened for a building, no one in the premises. Rats in the parking Lot. No heating in the building at all. Bathroom three floors up. You freezer, we slept with coats, snow hasts, and gloves. No one answered calls. Dirty carpets un stairs. One bathroom upstairs but if you close the door, You get trapped. Board of health should shut the place down. Don't even consider going

It is the most terrible place I've been stay. Unfortunely, me and my friends had no more money to go to another place and we tried contact with the responsible and they never talk back. Do a favor for you and pass far away from this place, because everything smell BAD, is not a place to travelers, they rent as a place to live. The kitchen is disgusting, there is no water, papers NOTHING. Me and my friends saw diapers on the floor in the only shared bathroom inside the house. THERE IS NO FAMILY BATHROOM AS THEY SAID ON THE PICTURES. Inside our room there was spider web, a trash and 4 beds, but we saw here it supposed to be 2 big beds. Hotels.com should keep this place away from this site.

The most horrific place I’ve ever been to, rats outside the room, people smoking weed right next the room, the room always smelled marihuana, no connection with bathroom, the shared bathroom is broken, disgusting. Not even worth the price. Don’t stay there

This place looked nothing like the photos on this as advertised. Everything in room broken so dirty the floor the walls the bathroom. Not safe at all for cleanliness. Blinds broken closet door broken. I left immediately after seeing the condition of this place. I felt unsafe and like I would catch some issness The door jam cracked like someone kicked it on before. Walls covered in gunk. Dirty diaper on floor in bathroom. I turned around and left immediately. The pictures advertised are clean rooms everything is in good repair bathroom clean. NONE of this was true.

See other reviews. Wanted to add that windows don't lock on second floor at least. Don't lock bathroom door or you'll be stuck inside-they haven't fixed the constantly running water since at least September. There's a huge reason they don't show the bathrooms. Public campsites are cheaper, cleaner, safer, more comfortable and provide more amenities. This is genuinely the worst place we've ever stayed, including campgrounds, hostels, hotels witbout hot water, couchsurfing with strangers, and $20 Airbnb bedrooms.

Holy Cow where do I start. I booked this for 2 days for family members just for a place to sleep comfortably and safely after. Check in is @6pm check out is @8am. Completely unheard of. However that’s the least of my concerns. This place was so unclean and uninhabitable to stay in. It was a flop house in every sense. The beds were not beds they were cots with springs pocking out of the sides and up into the actual cot. The cot itself was so droopy that when you sat on it, it sunk to the floor. there were no towels provided, there was no toilet paper, the hot water in the bathroom, which was a communal bathroom continuously ran and was not able to be shut off which steamed up the entire bathroom! There was no where to put your luggage, there was no Wi-Fi, there was no refrigerator with water and a coffee machine, no ironing board, no soap NO NOTHING (all of these things were advertised in writing.in the captions of their online pictures) Also no way to contact the owner other than through text who texted back (1) one word responses and did not address any of my concerns at all. After booking I received an email from the owner with the extra details regarding hidden fees the crazy check in and check out times as well as the “permanent” codes to let yourself into the house. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone every. 👎👎👎

The worst place I have ever seen. The whole room smelled of urine. They did not changed the blanckets. The "air conditioning" was just a fan, it dos not even work. The images we're fake. The small room I have ever paid ($140), a person who stayed in there told us that he just paid $20. SCAMMERS. For the terrible conditions and for our physical health we did NOT stayed in there. Expidia did nothing, this place is still available in the page. They just give us 20 in cash back to spend in their place. I WILL NEVER USE EXPIDIA.

First of all as soon as i got to the building.,couldnt get in,2 someone who live in the building open the door and her dog began barking ,then i was albe to get in the room after several phonecalls and texts.Has not speak to anyone but a rep from Expedia. If i could upload the pictures I've had taken, then any body's will be angry and upset. That place need to be removed from your list of Hotel. Nothing but a hot box.PLEASE TAKE THAT BUSINESS OFF YOUR LISTING.

It was the worst stay I’ve ever had by a large margin. Incredibly overpriced, poor condition. Worst part—I wasn’t able to get into the place due to the difficulties of navigating the poor quality code lock and had to sleep in my car. Reached out to the property for help (granted it was late night) but never got a response even to this day (5 days later). Suffice it to say that a refund would be warranted. Definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone.

I never stayed there. I got into the entrance, but I could not get into the room that was assigned to me. I called the number listed and did not get an answer. I left a message, and I did not get a return call. The hall I was in had poor lighting and it was filthy. I had to find other lodging. This place should not be on your website. I would like a refund. I think this place ia a scam.

I DO NOT recommend booking this property. The place turned out to be not what was expected at booking. Booked a non-smoking room for two guests, and was charged for an extra guest. The room was very small and with only one twin bed. The room was infused with cigarette smoke, dirty, with exposed wires. Did not stay and attempted to contact the manager to cancel the reservation and get a refund with no luck.

The apartment has other people inside, renting out individual rooms. It's not advertised as a shared space. Very loud and I left a day early. Saw a roach in the kitchen. No water, ice or bathroom hand towels. Impossible to get a hold of owner/landlord. Overpriced for what it is.

Most horrible experience with this HOST!!!
I am leaving a 1 star and this rental business that should get NO stars! My friend and I booked a room 3 weeks ago on Hotels.com reserving our room for 3 nights. After traveling to Boston for over 5 hours the first thing I wanted to do is check in and rest. Unfortunately, the host is nowhere to be found. I found a number on the side of the house that I tried to contact no answer over voicemail or text message then a kind guest tried to help me with another phone number also no answer. The number that was listed an hour reservation didn't even work. By the time the host contacted me by text message after over 45 minutes freezing in the cold waiting she rights to me that my reservation doesn't exist. After sending her proof of my reservation later that night she sends me codes to get in to the shared apartment house. There in our room we found another guest that also has a booking for that same room. Now, it has passed over 2 hours and this woman the Host has not tried to talk to me not once over the phone after I tried to call her again from a third number to let her know that there is a guest in the same room that she has signed us. No answer whatsoever I called her several times leaving her voicemails, text messages and proof of my booking with hotels.com. I also called the company at hotels.com to confirm my booking which they also tried to contact th

Please remove this from your offered facilities. I don’t want anyone else to get scammed the way I did. The money is already out of my bank account. when I could not reach them by phone I decided to go on out there. I paid a taxi driver to drive there. There was a row of rooms there. We got the number off the garbage can. I’ve never seen anything like it. It looked like a crack house except there’s just a line of rooms. I knocked on the door and there was no answer. The taxi driver couldn’t believe I would even try. Please have someone investigate this place. And please never allow anyone to go there again under your umbrella. I had to get a hotel room and just took the loss. I’m 71 years old and feel really ripped off by this process. Again I’m begging you to investigate this as it is an embarrassment to your organization. By the way, hotels.com couldn’t reach them either on the Thursday that I was supposed to check in or on Saturday night when I logged my additional complaint. ( I chose to hold off on complaining again sooner as it had already ruined the first day of my vacation and chose to wait until the end .) I haven’t heard from hotels.com yet but they told me that a supervisor would get back to me within 3 to 4 days so I’m hoping for something good to come out of this like getting my money back. Even if I don’t hopefully they will do the right thing and shut this scam down.

The worst place in America
Rats. Holes in the walls. Broken windows. Rude owners. Can you believe they wanted us to CASHAPP them more money? Their pictures are years old. The tenants living in the building are disgusting and loud. Peeping in our room. Jiggling our doorknobs. Outside the bathroom while we are in there. We were terrified. The beds were stained. There was semen on the blankets. The place had mildew everywhere. The windows didn’t shut. The phone number in post isn’t correct. The fridge had cockroaches inside of it. There were gnats and flies under the sink. Someone stole the toilet paper out of the bathroom. There was rat poop under our beds DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY
