Linens were of poor quality. The room and lobby were not clean. Then there was no shuttle in the morning for us to get a 6:30 am flight. The desk clerk said the system was “down” so he couldn’t pay for our $17.70 Uber ride. I emailed the address given to me by that clerk asking for reimbursement of the Uber ride and got no response.

The only issue was how loud it was, both with traffic outside in the morning starting at 6am & inside where it appeared the cleaning crew started working in the rooms above & next to us around 7am.

Checked in and all wss fine. Had delayed flight and unruly passengers. Looked forward to watching tv and relaxing from hectic dsy. TV would work and called front desk. Tried a variation of fixes revommended by desk with no luck. Auditor said there was nothing he could do. Mot very good customer service snd no manager on duty. Not a favorable exprrience.

Just disappointed with all the cigarette butts all over the front of the building where people smoke and sit right there there is no garbage can or cigarette butt can to help the situation

Staff at hotel were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel however, involved an hour and a half wait. Really a big turn-off. The shuttle next morning back to airport was very prompt.

I went for a weekend and it was a great experience. They were really nice. They were helpful and this is clean and pretty establishment. I would have preferred a bit more variety in breakfast but other than that so great.

Stayed only one night. Arrived in the dark and left in the dark so couldn’t rate the area. Seemed like a nice set up, everything worked ok. Took shuttle to airport at 5 AM, about 10 minute trip.

This was a very clean and nice modern hotel. My only issue with this hotel is the parking. Their parking spot are super tiny and limited. If you guys are going to allow people who are flying to park there please have more spaces or a space count. Why would you guys include parking with limited parking ?

We arrived very early in the morning since our plane was late and your night staff checked us in and was so nice. We had forgot toothpaste, and my daughter went down to grab some. Booked hotel to park there and even called ahead and was told yes to onsite long term parking. Arrived and they had zero. Airport had zero. No place to park. Will never stay again. Front desk was slow too.

It was a decent place. Just wish they have mentioned about the ingredients it had made my stay pleasant. Their egg has bacon in it but it wasn’t written on the content.
