The T Train stopped in the parking lot right beside the hotel making it very easy to get downtown. The shower walls were dirty and the floorboards near the bathroom had water damage and we're coming off the floor. The conditioner, shampoo, and body wash were in a rusty holder. The coffee maker in the room was absolutely horrendous, not what you would expect when you're paying $300 per night.

Loved anytime checkin. Would have liked mini fridge to have freezer so I could have refrozen my ice pack. Bed was truly clean and very comfortable. Great sleep. Enjoyed the shower with adjustable height!

The property was lovely and our room was excellent. My only issues were with limited parking and the fact that the room keys had some issues scanning in the elevator. But both issues were minimal and did not interfere with my overall experience.

I genuinely liked the staff and their hospitality at the check-in and in the restaurant. Great breakfast, nice walk by the river, several good options for eating out. Overall, a very peaceful and quiet area.

The only negative is that they had a limited supply of hypoallergenic pillows and tried to give us 1/2 of the pillows with down feathers. It took multiple attempts to fix.

We stayed for an extended weekend. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful, especially Ari who took the time to not only explain but write down directions on using the T which is extremely close. The hotel is a short uber or ride on the T to everything. The only issue we encountered is the rooms could be sound proofed better, on our 2nd night the guests above us had heavy footed vhildren constantly running and thumping all hours of the night, The staff was very courteous and quick to help (we acrually heard them knock on the upstairs neighbors door!) which sadly only stopped the noise from them for a bit which obviously is not something staff can prevent. The hotel is very clean and bartenders make a good drink in the lobby bar. The $21 breakfast was overpriced in my opinion especially with so many other options close by, but service was exceptional. We will be back.

Hotel was amazing and had great amenities. The only downside was the receptionist was not very clear about the parking which resulted in my car getting towed and an expensive tab to get it back.

My room was on the corner and I have a great view of the city, there was the smell of Marijuana next door. I mentioned it to the front desk.

Aside from a bit of scum in the bottom corner of our shower, the hotel was perfect! Amazing location near the orange line while still being a decent ways outside the city proper, with some good options for food in the immediate area. Incredibly friendly hotel service with modern accommodations. Highly recommend for any trip to Boston!

Very nice hotel. Clean and convenient. Breakfast good but pricey with few options for small children. (Kids like pancakes and waffles!). Toilet backed up and needed repair. Staff friendly. Beds. Indy. Shower good. Overall would recommend
