Great location.
Hotel Normandie is highly recommended. Central location next to transport hub. Very friendly helpful staff who speak good English. Recently refurbished. Modern and clean. Many good restaurants and shopping nearby. Bar a Vin next door is a big plus!

Great location right by the tourist office. Our superior room was clean and spacious and we had a bathtub which was nice after all the walking we did. Only slight negative was the internet. Connecting was a little like Russian roulette, sometimes you could, sometimes you couldn’t and we needed it to connect to the office. It seemed the issue was down to the number of users already connected. The earlier you tried, the more likely it was you could. I guess we shouldn’t have been working in our vacation, but who doesn’t have to anymore. We didn’t have breakfast here, preferring to grab a coffee and croissant on the go. Despite this issue we would stay here again.

Staff was very polite, the breakfast had a great selection. The room was always kept clean and was pretty spacious for a one person booking. Bathrooms were clean and they provide you with good amenities.

The area is super cute and in the center of the town near a lot of great restaurants and bars and the park. We only stayed for two nights, and it is a nice hotel. The staff was very nice and they have a nice little breakfast in the morning. However, there is a night across the street that is open until 7am and it is LOUD! I know they can't control that but one night I could not sleep because of the noise.

I was a solo female traveller and the hotel is really well-located. The staff speaks perfect English and was helpful enough. Also the room was clean and well-designed with a mini walk-in closet. I felt safe staying in this hotel

Great place
The hotel is in such a great location, it is also very clean and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was so pleasantly surprised with how helpful they were, and will definitely stay at the same place when coming again to Bordeaux.
