Apparently none of the rooms have 2 beds. So while Expedia said that the room we rented is great for families of 3, it was not. Maybe if the child was an infant but we traveled with our teenager so just 1 bed was rough. The room didnt have a couch and no roll away bed option. The rooftop bar was closed the whole time too although it was asvertised as open. So that was another disappointing thing.

Interesting color scheme. Windows were large which was good for views, but I paid extra for the view of a building construction and a few feet of space. Property is right on the river if you want to travel by one of the boot lines, but is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Surrounding area is mostly residential so not tons of late night food or bars in the area. Staff is friendly and they have a goos drink menu. Noise isnt too bad execpt weekends when people are out near the river late.

It is located near the river and good to take a walk along the bank of the river. Not too far from the main station. walkable to the station.

A mixed experience
The hotel is very modern and is quite conveniently located, just at the edge of the centre/old city. The view over the river is lovely. The rooms are spacious, but not always practical. Whilst there are public spaces, where you could work, the 'desk' in the room is far too small - especially given the size of the room. If you leave your room after 11.00 am, it is unlikely that housekeeping will clean it that day - unless you ask.

What a Wonderful Stay!
An amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. This hotel is amazing, great for those people looking for something special at an affordable price! The hotel is spotless and staff are amazing (booked a taxi for us to the airport). Loved the rooftop bar - would recommend a visit in the evening. Thank you for making our stay in Bonn so lovely! I would definitely return and look out for this chain of hotels in the future.

Housekeeping strengthening
The hotel is wonderful and well furnished just needs frequent cleaning of rooms and changing linen more so with the spring dust and pollen. Also maintain the passages for longevity of the facility

Location was very convenient. You could get into the city center in 10 min and once you get out of hotel the promenade was in 1 min walking distance.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Toll wäre es wenn der Zugang durch die Tür am Rheinufer auch möglich wär mit der Zimmerkarte:)

Das sollte man beachten: Ich hatte eines der wenigen Zimmer mit Rheinblick, allerdings nur im Winter. Im Sommer versperrengroße Alleebäume die Sicht auf den Fluss aber die Aussicjt wird trotzdem viele schöner sein als die günstigeren Zimmer zur Seite. Die Zimmer sind klein und nur mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Die Matrazen sind gut, ebenso wie die Schalldämmung der Fenster. Weniger ruhig wird es werden, wenn die Großbaustelle Beethovenhalle - genau nebendran - wieder aufgenommen wird und das für die nächsten 10 Jahre. Dann sollte man Zimmer auf der nördlichen Seite meiden.

Personal in der Hotelbar ist sehr nett.
Hotel ist ok! Aber Parkplatz im Hotelparkhaus kostet die Nacht 20,- € was ich sehr überteuert finde nur für das Auto zu parken. 5 € für die Nacht sind ausreichend. Es muss nicht das unterstüzt werden, was die Politik fordert. In der Hotelbar bin ich der Meinung, das man erst bezahlt wenn man geht und nicht jedesmal für ein Getränk mit der Karte zahlen muss. Da sollte sich die Geschäftsleitung mal gedanken machen wie das anders zu lösen wäre.
