Nice and charming overall
Very nice and large place overall, with charming details such as high ceilings with wooden beams, wooden floors and a piano. Great location also. They could have taken better care of some things, such as the curtains that were partially falling down, lack of silver ware and washing machine with missing door.

Great location in Bolzano's old town, close to lots of different restaurants, cafes and sites. The apartment is spacious and good value for its location. Check in is easy and friendly.

Very centrally located. Nice comfortable and spacious apartment. Helpful check-in staff. We found the floor a bit dirty but otherwise we were very pleased with our stay there.

We had a very large one bedroom apartment. The location is great for seeing the sites of the old town and it is reasonably close to the train station. The apartment was clean, but could use some maintenance...light bulbs, paint touch ups, etc. The kitchen could use some attention as well as some additional implements. Check in was easy and we appreciated having someone onsite to receive the guests rather than having to commit to a time to meet a host. Overall it was a nice stay.

This property was in the center of the car free old town. After we parked the car and galled our luggage some distance we decided we liked the place. The room was a large apartment and somewhat dated in furnishings, but had lots of character.

The property didnt have an air condition. However, they helped us with an additional fan. Overall the size of the property and the fans made it possible to sleep but an air condition would have been perfect.

Good accommodation in Bolzano
The appartment is located in the city centre, nearby Bolzano - Bozen train station. Easy access to the city. We (two of us) are assigned a spacious room which is for four pax. Kitchenette is clean and well equipped.

This was our favorite place we stayed while traveling through Italy! The restaurant that's just downstairs is great too! Matteo who works at Residence Fink went above and beyond to help us out! Highly recommended this place!

Amazing experience.
Everything was very good. There is a little "what do I do now" when arriving, but for the whole stay, everything was just perfect. Nice place, well located! Recommend. No wi-fi though. :(

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of town and the apartment we had was very large for a family of four, however, there were very large damp patches in the master bedroom (covered partly by a large picture) and at least two of the electrical plug sockets were detached from the wall. the bedside socket was hanging down but nevertheless they have attached the plug for the bedside light. This cannot be safe.

Great central location, clean, convenient, apartment with extra-large mainroom with high ceiling with bed, desk and wardrobe. Smaller kitchen, bathroom with small front-loading washing machine. Will stay here again.

We are a family of four. Absolutely loved this apartment. Great location with a restaurant underneath ! Literally a 2 minute walk to the Christmas markets and all other major sites. Only a 10 minute walk also from the train station. Very roomy and lots of lots of space for luggage and spreading out. Couldn't fault this property. Easy check in also. Highly recommend.

Good value, would recommend
Beautiful place, very large, everything we needed, amazing price, and unbeatable location. Only downside was bathroom was a bit musty and shower curtain looked like it had seen showers since 1993. Besides that, book this place the value is excellent.

The place was very spacious and worked well for our family of 6. The location was central to many bars and restaurants. Other than having a few more basic condiments (salt, pepper, etc.), this place was nicely furnished.

No access for luggage or small kids! Wathch out!
While the notice indicates that the residence is in a pedestrian zone it does not tell you that there is no way to get luggage to the site without a long walk, without any assistance, nor any way to drop off little kids. If you have children, a lot of luggage and any disability at all, unlike everywhere else in Italy that has pedestrian zones you cannot access this place. Bolzano is a busy place and even though we travel a lot, after my wife hiked to the residence to discover that there was no way to mobilize our kids and luggage, and the two young men, very unprofessional and not accommodating at all, manning the "front office" (looks like a school desk) we left and did not stay. We could not, under the circumstances, ( no offloading of suitcases nearby, it was also raining and no accommodation from the hotel to help) and we were very disappointed in this. We did find another hotel in town and of course had to pay another nights fee. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.

Beautiful apartment in heart of Bolzano
I can't say enough about the location of this apartment - right in the heart of the historic pedestrian zone and just steps from wonderful food, shops, and museums. Parking was a bit tricky, but well worth the price compared to using a city parking garage, I recommend calling in advance, not the day of arrival like we did. The apartment itself is beautiful, adorned with antique furniture and tall ceilings and exposed beams. I cannot speak to the kitchen other than the refrigerator suited our needs - we did not try to cook, but instead had the restaurant downstairs send up a 'hot plate' of delicious food for us!

If you’re going to be in Bolzano and want to feel like you own an apartment there, this is the place to stay. The views on to the street are amazing, the location is perfect and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in my whole stay in Italy.

Good location if have friends and need bigger room
We booked 2 nights at the Residence Fink in Sept 2017 and the location was great, very central for walking and close to train station. There was a lot of space and overall comfortable. We were late getting in and was hard to locate service personnel and they are only in location office for short hour span. So be sure have room code in case checking in after hours.

The place was very difficult to find. It's hiding behind a door between other businesses. Apartment not hotel was very old with the bear minimum. Double bed with sheets and comforter and a bathroom without a shower curtain. Very old! NO internet.

The apt was very spacious, about 700 sq ft. Good layout of rooms, many closets and hangers. Apt was generally clean but it felt a bit well-worn. The shower room was big and had a small washing machine, but the door for the machine was missing. We mentioned this to the person we checked in with, and he seemed surprised and said he would look into it. As we were only staying for two days, we told him we didn't need that problem attended to immediately, but we just wanted to let him know. And even though we were supposed to have free wifi in the apt, we were never able to connect to it.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
This is a beautiful apartment. It is very large, has hardwood floors, a wood-beamed ceiling, even a piano. It is in a great location in Bolzano. It has a bay window that looks out onto one of the main pedestrian streets in the centre of town. It was perfect for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable. There is a kitchenette where we cooked breakfast. It doesn't have air conditioning, so if you are someone who can't live without it, it is not for you.

This is an unserviced apartment with very limited facilities. Excellent location in the heart of Bolzano, an area of busy tourist traffic. It is unfortunate that all commercial deliveries take place at night and they make a great deal of noise. The building is old and the rooms are evidence of its history -- wooden floors and ceilings -- creating a pleasant ambience. Sadly, there were a number of things which marred its potential: a water tank above the toilet dripped incessantly, the beds sagged, the kitchen facilities were basic, including a broken plastic kettle and toaster that threatened to blow up or melt. Internet connection was spasmodic, frequently unavailable for hours. The tv had 170 channels and not a single one in English. Getting assistance was not easy as the office is open for just three hours a day in order to process new guests.

Wish we could have had a good review
Wish we could have given this beautiful place our full recommendation, but both rooms we rented, each had one significant problem: one rooms shower flooded and the other rooms bed mattress was hard as a rock. Turns out the mattress was upside down, with soft side down. Didn't notice this until morning. Worse part is that we got a half hearted apology, with no empathy, more emphasis on their tight margins. Quote: "we do everything we can to make your stay comfortable ". No you don't or these problems would not have occurred.

Nothing fancy, but our studio apartment was very clean and comfortable and roomy. The kitchenette looked well equiped, though we didn't use it. Good shower, great location, good wifi. Excellent value - would stay there again.

L’appartamento è grande, bello e molto pulito…in pieno centro storico. Adatto a chi si ferma più giorni, più che a chi fa solo una notte. Uniche pecche: park abbastanza lontano dalla struttura, asciugamani molto piccoli da usare dopo la doccia e non è possibile oscurare le finestre…solo tende molto leggere, eravamo svegli all’alba.

Wir reisten sehr spät am Abend an. Der Schlüssel war hinterlegt, allerdings war das Quartier nicht im gleichen Haus, sondern am anderen Ende der Altstadt. Auf dem Umschlag stand zudem eine falsche Adresse, so dass wir mit drei kleinen Kindern um halb zwölf nachts eine Stunde lang nach der Wohnung suchen mussten! Eine Katastrophe. Wohnung sehr Basic und schmuddelig. Flecken aus den Handtüchern und den Bettpolstern. Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit der tatsächlich Wohnung und sind irreführend. Es ist auch nicht, wie beschrieben, ein Café/Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.
