Overall my experience was great! 2 issues I had were when I got into the room, most of the lights and outlets didn’t work. There was a breaker box that we tried to open to check but it was busted shut. We managed to open it with a multi tool and half of the breakers were tripped. We reset them and were fine from there on. The other issue, not necessarily a staff issue, was while walking to our car, I stepped in some dog poop that hadn’t been picked up and wasn’t able to wear my nice shoes to the wedding I was attending. Overall though, very friendly staff and a great experience!

Hotel staff was not very accommodating. For example, the complementary coffee was empty. When we asked for more coffee, the employee said there should be more than enough, however, there wasn’t even enough for one cup. The hotel room suite should have mini Keurig to make our own coffee. There was no Keurig in our room.

This was such a great place to stay with my dog. They were very welcoming, the grounds provided places for my dog to lounge in the grass, and they provided a dog treat, collapsible bowl, and bag for any "deposits" my puppy made in the grass. The kindness will be repaid with loyalty to the Oxford Suites when I visit Boise.

We were just staying one night at the hotel, but we could have easily used the hotel for a multiple nights stay. Everything was clean and the room was large. It also included a refrigerator microwave and small sink with coffee items included. Was very easy to find and we Were able to easily walk to quite a few different restaurant options.

Use to be a very nice place. My room was dirty and the shower door would not close. Ironing board was broken the TV volume up and down. Very sad to see reception night shorten. Hope to find a different hotel next time.

I have to say this was one of the few places I've stayed where the facility is every bit was good as the pictures online or even better. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower and soaking tub was appreciated. The gym was well furnished including precor machines and a full set of dumbbells. The sauna was an unexpected addition. The breakfast was well attended and the omelette they made to order was prepared quickly and was delicious (honestly, it was surpassingly good). Staff were all very friendly from check in, gift shop, room service and breakfast crew. Overall a great experience.

Tesla cubertruck in the paying customer parking lot was an unexpected sight. I found this reasonaly priced rate for a deep tub and shower combination for a staycation early Mothers Day present to my wife. As soon a we showed up, we were upgraded to one of the two suites at the top, free of charge and reason, and I didn't ask further. All staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to dining, I encountered were friendly, and answered the few questions I had. The suite has a fireplace, so if you are in need of heat, be aware that the middle of the suite heats up quite a bit. The breakfast was very good, and the options were many. Their snack area open 24hrs is stocked with all of the things you might want to satisfy savory and sweet, and reasonably priced. Tucanos Brazillian steakhouse is a 1 minute walk away, get there if you haven't. I would reccommend Oxford Suites to anyone wanting to stay in a really well kept hotel with nice folks working there.

I loved the quietness of the property and cleanliness. The room was very roomy and comfortable. What I didn't like is the mattresses of the beds were uncomfortable and unleveled.
