Attentive and respectful Staff. Excellent location Parque 93 with restaurants and convenience stores within the area. Supposedly a more secure location than other parts of Bogota. Hotel room was basic. No lamp at the desk for example. Poorly placed toilet seat cover where bathroom counter keeps the toilet cover from fully opening. Good water pressure and hot/cold ok. I didnt get to check the rooftop bar/restaurant as it has been chilly. Now, im disappointed with the breakfast. There was no hot meat option for the 2 out of 3 days i was there. Very basic breakfast. Not tasty at all. And i booked this hotel because of photos and reviews about the breakfasts. All in all, good value for the price and the location.

Great location and nice enough hotel. But the air conditioning was ineffective, it worked but could not get the room any colder than 23 degrees, which was warmer than the outside most of the time. There were also a lot of light sources which flashed through the night which affected my sleep. The decor is a bit dated and the TV was old and could not even screen cast.

Great stay
I had a great experience staying at the Best Western Plus Hotel. The facility was nice and clean as well as the room. Breakfast options were okay and there were lots of options for restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

The property appear newer. Howerver, the AC made a teriible noise in my room and staff pretended they did not hear it whe. I called them to my room. They refused to change rooms for me and i was unable to get sleep my last two days...As the sounds started the get louder later intonthe night (1a-4a). Extremely frustrating. I would never stay here again.

No hay dispensador de agua potable, tienes que comprarla del mini bar. Solo te dejan una vez una botella pequeña de agua. El desayuno es cero apetecible, no es rico.

PERFECT location, my forever booking in Bogota.
Perfect location, super safe neighborhood, great service. Housekeeping is marvelous. Bathroom was outstanding, that shower was perfect. Room Service gives a super fast service and delicious items. The only thing i can point out as a CON was the king bed, extremely firm and the thin pillows, but everything else was so perfect we could work with that. Next time im booking again for sure.
