It wasn’t safe around the area the food choices was horrible and the pool was not good and the ratings of the hotel is definitely wrong it’s not a 8.2 it’s at least a 7.5 I will never book with them again

I reserved two rooms. When I arrived, I was given one room for four people. Manager apologized, gave us a room. The original room had a foul smell, so they gave us another room. Too much inconvenience after traveling so far to get there. I also did not like the little flying bugs in the bathroom. My granddaughter was itchy from the bed. (hope it was not bedbugs Room 224)

The staff was very friendly and always greeted and asked how our stay was going. Very nice breakfast options. Pool area very clean and relaxing. Room was very clean, comfortable bed. East parking. Definitely plan to stay there again.
