Convenient due to being next door for the mall for shopping/food. Everything was great and as adverised. Only 1 minor complaint was that the air conditioner could've been a bit colder. Not bad enough to cause any discomfort. Just would be nice due to Boa Vista being very hot.

Very disappointed with Ibis and hotels.com, my booking was for the 3rd my girlfriend arrived the night before it was a a problem with the night receptionist to book the room i ended up paying for the room twice and i haven't been refunded for the room, the air conditioning in the room broke down and the fridge also broke down in the room. When I travel to Boa Vista, I always stay at this Ibis unit. This time there was a renovation on my floor and problems with the internet and TV.

Great hotel close to airport
Great Hotel, great location across from the shopping mall and near airport. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel
Hotels was modern and classy. Breakfast was great with a wide assortment of breakfast items and drinks including smoothies. I loved the security in the hotel. You could only access your floor on the elevator with your room key.

Excellent stay in Boa Vista
The staff was excellent and the stay great. Also, great breakfast and WiFi. My only complaint was when a plumber went to work on the pipes and left me without hot water for hours. I had to take a cold shower in order to be prepared for an event. I would recommend a heads up to the customers next time.

The only decent hotel in Boa Vista
This hotel is situated a taxi ride out of town but, as there's nothing to do in town, that shouldn't be a problem. It's right next to a shopping mall with a foodcourt and opposite a mega supermarket. It's almist like an oasis from the general shabbiness of the town.

Tudo ótimo, com a exceção do preço...
Atendimento cordial e solícito, café da manhã com qualidade (padrão Íbis), quarto com tudo o que se espera de um hotel 3 estrelas. Apenas é necessário que se observe este ponto muito importante. O hotel é 3 estrelas, não 5... O preço da diária, porém, é de 5. Extremamente caro, principalmente para um hotel que sequer tem gerador de energia próprio (faltou luz em um momento da minha estadia). Outra coisa: o valor (alto) ainda é SEM o café da manhã! Recomendo uma reavaliação/alteração imediata do mesmo, pois percebam que fiz, apesar dos pesares, sinceros eligios ao estabelecimento.
