Staff friendly, housekeeping always working very hard and rooms were clean. Building is showing its age. Hotel advertised as providing breakfast but it was very minimal, so we had to eat breakfast elsewhere. Overall OK.

Carpets were filthy, a huge stain by the night stand, and between the foot of the two beds. The sheets and the terry towels were white and clean. Though again, I go back to how filthy the carpets were. As a fellow GM, this room would have never been rented until a complete PM had been done. In addition, this room would have been place as “last to sell”, until the carpets had been cleaned. That’s how back they are. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The front desk agent who checked me in an hour early, was very pleasant and accommodating. The love housekeeper, who stopped by to see if I needed service on my second day, was absolutely wonderful and even gave me a broom and dust pan to allow me to clean up my pet’s litter mess before departing the hotel. She was wonderful. Would I stay again, only if I had to. Patric Wilson General Manager Home2 Suite by Hilton Las Vegas Northwest.

Obviously it’s a little older looking hotel which is not bad but we did find a cockroach in our room. There is a little bit of a crack by the toilet and the bath so I’m guessing they probably come out from there? But I did make the front reception aware and he didn’t really seem to care about the fact that we found a cockroach in our room. Other than that this place isn’t too bad.

Internet connection was very, very slow and kept disconnecting. Refrigerator was so noisy, I had to unplug it in order to sleep. The apples and oranges at the breakfast were too old and dry to eat.

We just stopped for the night, enjoyed the breakfast, and left. Things were clean. The pool looked inviting but the time of year wasn't conducive to a swim. The two staff members we interacted with were polite and friendly.

The staff is so nice here. I just wish that they had hardwood floors or linoleum rather than carpet. Nice pool, good dog area good fish cleaning area.

The room was clean enough. The decor and layout left much to be desired. We had room 101, it felt like an add-on after the hotel was finished: we have this area right next to the pool, let's make it an extra room. You couldn't open the bathroom door without hitting your knees and the heater was noisy, woke me up every time it went off. Room decor could use an update.

Comfortable and clean
Older hotel with smaller rooms, but it provided a clean, confortable overnight stay for us. I reserved a queen room by mistake online and they gave us a king room when I realized my mistake.
