RESTAURANT WERE AWLFUL, NO BUFFETS. BAD SLOTS MACHINES. DIDN'T LIKETHE TYPE OF SLOTS. ALL THE OTHER CASINOS WERE BOOKED UP BUT NOT THIS ONE. NOW I KNOW WHY

The water took at least 30-45 minutes to get hot (each time we wanted to shower). Water pressure was also horrible. A lot of softener in the water as well, couldn’t tell if you got off the soap off or not. Was in a very convenient spot tho and the Starbucks was amazing !

The casino is definitely gone downhill, especially because they remove the buffet which had the best fried chicken ever. The room was very clean and comfortable and nice and I only paid $57 for the night so I can’t really complain but they need to upgrade this place they want to get more money for the rooms.

Staff woke us up at 1:45 am to deliver blankets we didn’t ask for. Were very persistent, knocked, knocked louder, and called our room. Very disappointed in how inept the staff was in the middle of the night.

The property had a good flow on the inside. Was able to maneuver throw sections and everything was labeled well,bathrooms, dining, high limit room, etc. The smell of the casino was excellent and couldn’t really tell that people smoked inside.

Property is outdated. If you plan on making a trip to Biloxi I would recommend another hotel/casino but if you are on a budget this is an okay place to stay and you can walk to the golden nugget.

Although the bed was comfortable the carpet was wet by refrigerator since door was left open. The bathroom floor was sticky and needed mopping , the outlet by one side of bed was not working & the lighted makeup mirror did not work .

Starbucks in the hotel was great, but they definitely need more staff in the casino it was easier just to pay for drinks rather than waiting for someone to come over

This place could use a more detail cleaning. Carpet floors entering hallways were dirty throughout the facility , base boards dusty , and elevators needing sweeping. Fixtures rusty and out of date. Room had a stuffy smell. All hygiene products dispenser inside the room bathroom were empty in my room and my friends.

Pool and hot tub not clean , pool cool not heated , hot tub in need of repair and dirty , no towels at pool area , asked for some and we were told to use our room towels ?…just came from Tunica and hotel was much nicer and more convenient.

Upon arrival, the Blind Tiger Biloxi Beach Restaurant for a non-formal dinner was very good. The hotel/casino staffs throughout our 3 night day were all very nice. However, we did have issues with the bathroom, poor lighting, both the toilet and shower leaked. And we had just a few towels for our extended stay that offered housekeeping only by daily requests... We have enjoyed our stays at many different Harrah locations, even spending our honeymoon at the one on Lake Tahoe, 38 years ago. We regret our stay in Biliox was a little less than expected and therefore, say it was only average...

Harrah’s resort was extremely outdated and overpriced. They serviced my room only ONCE for an entire week. I chose to checkout early and find another hotel room. They would not give me a refund for the remaining 4 days on my trip and I gladly ate the cost and switch to a marriot.
