The pool was nice and my daughter and son in law, who live in Biloxi, could join me at no extra cost. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was a non smoking room however was overpowered by smoke from adjacent room/s at times, which was disappointing. Overall, convenient and clean.

So I’ve stayed at Hard Rock hotels before, but this one in Biloxi was disappointing. My bed in the hotel room was ok but when I walked in the room I could hear the shower running slow, I checked it to maybe think it was just left on, but no luck, I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they said they would make a note. The water was leaking all over the floor. Also, property was not very clean, I figured it maybe because of the holiday weekend but everywhere seemed dirty. Compared to other Hard Rocks this was a bit of a let down, I only stayed one night and got up very early to drive to my next destination. If I was staying in town longer I more then likely would have looked for somewhere else to stay.

They were always playing good music! The atmosphere felt very safe and controlled. I went with 2 small kids so I can’t say much for the casino area, but we had a blast and they loved the room!

Absolutely love the Gulf view rooms in the Platinum tower! Its our favorite for a couple’s getaway. Also love all the dining options available on property.

Our room was very dirty and the casino itself was not very clean although we had an amazing dinner at the hard rock Café. Our bartender was amazing but we will probably not stay here again.

The hotel is in bad need of a makevoer. We paid extra for an upgraded platinum king room, but the carpets were worn and stained, control for electric curtains was installed upside down, thus making it very difficult to control the curtains when opening and closing. Decorative hangings on the walls were very sparse, Making for a very dull room environment. The shower fixture where the showerhead comes out of the wall was separated from the wall and very hard to control the temperature or the flow of the water. We think we had the same room 8 years ago when we were there and it was beautiful at that time. We would not go back to this hotel until it is renovated. There is a much nicer hotel right next-door

They put us in a room with NO VIEW. Just a wall outside the window. As soon as we complained to the front desk, they knew exactly what floor (3rd) and what room we were in. They claimed the hotel was sold out for the night even though we had booked weeks earlier. After telling them we would just cancel and not stay, they moved us to the 9th floor with a nice view but with queen beds instead of the king. It all worked out but now we know to ask ahead of time what room we will be in.

The room was moldy smelling. The fridge didn’t work and stunk horribly. The bathroom needed a deep clean. Casino bathrooms were nasty. Ruth’s was excellent as always.

Stayed here for a quick birthday weekend getaway. Originally planned to bum out on the beach but we ended up spending most of the day by pool. The staff was real attentive and prompt with drinks. There are several dining options on the hotel grounds, with a few more within walking distance. The room was perfect as well!

I've stayed at this property so many times, I prefer suites in the Platinum Tower over looking the pool and water. Lovely pool, great at night and the pool parties on Sunday are fun. There is convenient deck parking and the property is next door to another casino.

It took the shower 15 minutes to get hot water. Even after that it only lasted about 5 minutes and then got like warm. I stayed 3 days and all 3 days was the same problem no matter what time of day we used the shower.

The hotel was big but homely.. we stayed in the platinum tower which had lovely views but definitely in need of some maintenance.As for the staff however were not pleasant. Reception staff were unfriendly and curt. The waitresses in casino were very slow I waited 10 minutes before one appeared and when asked for a drink told we had to wait that they were on their way round in a very unfriendly manner. We then waited anther 20 minutes for our drink to arrive. My husbands key card stopped working and a very unhelpful member of staff could have helped more as he refused to ring the room to allow me to verify him ..
