The property is in a really good location for the Guggenheim Museum - a short walk over the river. It’s also near a mall and other shops/bars. All staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was really good. The room was basic but clean and tidy - although I found the bathroom to be extremely warm and the clean when I first arrived could have been better. This was improved upon however, so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great staff, older hotel
The hotel is a little dated and the rooms were quite small. The heat in my room could not be adjusted and the room was sweltering. I had to keep the window open all night for relief - in early March. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. It's just the building that could use a little updating.

Great location small room barely open our luggage inside no luggage rack we had to set up on the floor. The lights in the hallway are motion but don’t come on until your almost to the elevator scary walking with no light.

Really good stay in a good location
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly. The products in the bathroom were really good and avoided little bottles. The rooms were of good size and the WiFi was really good as i was able to work here. The location is pretty good as its close to the guggenheim and the bus station.

My partner and I always love staying with NH Hotels, and this location was no exception! We especially appreciated the friendly staff, the walkability to restaurants and famous sites, and the comfortability of the room itself.

Very good hotel
Hotel staff was always welcoming and communicated easily in Spanish and English. The breakfast was very good and had a large variety of items. It was the best part of staying at this affordable hotel. The neighborhood is excellent- very short walk to downtown but there are many inexpensive bars with pintxos. My only problem was that the floor of my room was not adequately clean when I arrived.

It's a functional hotel, but a bit dated. The rooms are very small and beat up. It's also a ways off the beaten path, being on the other side of the river. There are some restaurants around, but not very nice ones. Overall the location is kind of grim.

The hotel located excellent, close to the ria, it has an excellent place nearby to have breakfast for only €4 (cafe zubialde), the rooms were clean and comfy, but AC didn’t work, we sleep with the window open. Price-value is excellent

The NH is in a very quiet area with many small bars, restaurants and shops nearby. And only just a few minutes walk to the busier areas surrounding the Guggenheim and even the Gran Via and Casco Viejo. I stay in Bilbao 6 to 8 times each year and the NH is my #1 choice for a hotel.

The hotel isn’t exactly in the centre but it was in the ideal location for us. The room was excellent but there was no tea or coffee making facilities and the restaurant was only open for breakfast, which was continental and very good. It is not a holiday hotel, rather a businessman's bed and breakfast.

This would have been a perfect stay but both mornings we were loudly woken by hotel workers chatting, arguing, organizing right outside our room. Pretty tactless. I can accept rudeness from other guests but it's something all together different when it's the staff themselves. Too bad bc the location is great w easy street parking.

It was a disappointing stay. Room needed a face lift, all appliances including the bathroom were old n very much filthy. Do not deserve this 160€ plus breakfast charges per night ! Its a complete RIP off ~ I have not bad experience with any of their staffs for the record, its a plain honest feedback.
