Didn’t have air conditioning turned on; our room got up to 85 degrees. Windows barely opened. One front desk person tried to get us to return our rental car a day early, after which we’d have to make an appointment for the shuttle. Super weird. Buffet was lame; we went on the next door property for breakfast.

Air Conditioning- we couldn’t get the room to cool down after accidentally over heating it. The system said it was on cool, but hot air kept coming. The room got up to 89 degrees.The window opened only 3 inches. Next morning the manager said, oh the cooling hasn’t been turned on yet in the entire hotel. We spent a miserable night and had to spend the next night with the system shut down. No free bottled water in the room, we had to buy 4 bottles at 3 euros each. The breakfast buffet was so sad we went to an adjacent hotel with great, high quality offerings. I asked for a second key (there were two of us) and the manager said it was against company policy.

Staff were in general helpful however the breakfast buffet was limited . The only other issue we noted was that there appeared to be a group of 3 elderly Roma ladies who were trying to rob us in front of the hotel in broad daylight.

Very convenient. Close to the airport. If you have to catch an early flight there is an excellent curtesy bus service.

The hotel is basic Clean comfortable. Issue is the shuttle. They wouldn’t pick me up at 11.30 pm. Said couldn’t enter airport. That was false. Cut off time was 11.55 pm. I had to walk 20 min to hotel

Nice and new facility. Close to airport. zone odd thing was they put the TV on a maximum volume that one cannot control. I kinda like th idea actually but it was a little too low and I have good hearing... not crazy about the front desk people

Great modern hotel with helpful staff
Definitely close to the airport with free transfer in about 10mins. Plane noise not noticeable. Breakfast reasonable but costs an extra €8. Great rooms with big beds and modern fixtures and fittings. Would definitely recommend especially if wanting somewhere close to the airport rather than close to Bilbao centre.

Very inconsiderate staff. Would not provide transportation to the airport with a bicycle bag. They informed me that I would have to take a taxi to the airport. It was a five minute drive and it cost me €45. This was not written in the terms and conditions on Expedia. I would not recommend staying at this property if you’re traveling with a Bicycle.

Airport shuttles were handy for our early morning flight. The staff were efficient and picked up my calls quickly. The room had an unpleasant smell to it - wasn't sure if it was from the furnishing or stale air, as the fan/aircon only turns on only when you have the key placed in the power socket. The bed was fine but bedding was not very breathable and couldn't get the temperature right for a good sleep. It was okay for a one-night stay prior to early flight, if we need to book again will try the other airport hotel.
