The hotel lobby was being renovated and it was noisy. Usually only one person at the "lobby desk" so you had to wait in line. the check-in staff did not explain any amenities, etc. I expected more from a Hilton Hotel.

Stayed here for business trip. Booked through Expedia. They overcharged the credit card i had on file after leaving. Had to go through the hassle of disputing it with the cc company. Check your cc statement if staying here. Hotel was under heavy construction, room was dirty, staff was indifferent and don’t care. Don’t recommend.

The hotel is open while undergoing much needed renovation. In the meantime, the hotel is covered in scaffolding and there is construction debris everywhere. The room was stained and dirty, the bathtub didn’t drain, so it’s clear why the renovation is needed. If I had known when I booked I would have chosen a different hotel.
