There was a baseball tournament and the hotel was packed with kids. However, the hotel was quiet when in room.

Excellent stay all around. Rooms were clean and looked new, convenient location with lots to walk to and the free breakfast was a big plus. Better than I had expected and I would definitely return.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. We enjoyed dinner at Micky's. Be sure to visit Delaware Botanical Garden with your hotel voucher.

It was very clean, laid back, and quiet. The staff was very helpful and polite, especially Ms. Felicia who runs the dining room at breakfast. She works hard to ensure the coffee stays full and other items stay stocked as intermittent crowds arrive. the location is awesome just minutes from O.C., and Dewey beaches.

Don’t advertise fresh cookies upon arrival if not even available. Parking options were not good for having to pay $10 per day. We weren’t comfortable with parking at the back of the building when it was dark. Nothing was mentioned about housekeeping and when we did approach front desk, The lady took our room number and said that housekeeping would empty our trash and give us fresh towels and will be returned in the evening. No one had ever touched anything. On the plus side, the hotel was quiet, clean, and had a decent breakfast selection. Anything else?

Found a couple hairs in the sheets of one of our beds. Shampoo or soap was dripping down the end of the tub when we checked into our room. Paying for parking seems silly when you’re already paying for a room and fees, etc were not explained at check in.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, they had a decent breakfast - eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, muffins, oatmeal, cold cereal, all kinds of drinks - coffee, tea, milk, juice, some days pancakes (they switch around day to day). So breakfast was better than most hotels. Now days it seems like most hotels, even the more expensive ones, offer just a continental breakfast. Meaning no eggs or meat. The hotel is one block away from beach access, so convenient. You can just walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants that are walkable if you don't want to drive. Staff were ALL pleasant including cleaning crew. If you have a question they were all very good at answering questions and very helpful. All in all a great experience.
