So we were really disappointed at this property. The hallways were always dirty, flooring chipped and cracked. Our fridge door and trash door were broken. The air conditioner only worked well in the separate bedroom - the one in the living area not at all. There were dirty silverware in the drawer. There were no wineglasses, wine opener, hardly anything to cook with. Would never stay here again.

The staff was really accommodating, the rooms were perfect and the breakfasts (and particularly the ladies running the breakfast room!) were the absolute best! Lots of restaurants close by, we walked to nearly all the museums and sites, the evenings were quiet and peaceful. Excellent hotel in all ways.

Was a great place to stay, but naked people in the sauna were perfectly fine by the staff.. We had 3 kids who did not come to the sauna to look at someone's old junk

There are better options in Berlin
The toilet clogged v easily. After the first use and after telling the hotel staff multiple times (3 times) it was still not fixed after more than a day. They forgot or were too busy to come. We and our kids had to use other bathrooms. They don’t do housekeeping every day and I’m told you need to ask for it. The place was dusty as well. Imagine coming back to a dirty place after a tiring day out with the kids and not being able to use the bathroom! Pls get the basics right. Home away from home? You’re truly very far from that.

We loved it!! We liked that it was a 10 min walk from Berlin Central Station. Loved that there was a grocery store: Edeka five minute walk from hotel. Staff was on the mark! Liked to pool, but the work out center needs more equipment, and no gyms close by (only down fall to the hotel). We would strongly recommend it! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit
