"Everything was great as usual. However the Cleaning service has skipped our room even after I have asked for a daily cleanup. When they eventually cleanup our room. I realized the bed sheets and blanket were the same exact one as before. Since I saw the same coffee stain before using it."

"The hotel was situated in a fairly pleasant and quiet part of Berkeley and about a 15 minute walk to the campus edge. The hotel itself was a bit run down. Water somehow leaked from my sink into the quarters below. I hope they fix it soon. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The lodging cost was reasonable."

We need a place that we can walk to our destination, so that makes our selection very limited for our budget. We know this hotel is in an old building. The room was smaller than expected.
