Room outside main hotel building

Room was very expensive, for this price I expected something better. At room was a few nice antics furniture at good condition but room need better saloon corner. Room was located at separate building, to reach breakfast you have to go out from room

Pleasant stay

Unfortunately I was the only guest at the hotel on the night I stayed which meant that the restaurant was not open for the evening (which was understandable but a little frustrating!). However the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating, the room to a good standard and the breakfast excellent.

Noisy and not 4*

I am sorry to say that this hotel is no where near the quality I expect of a 4* hotel. The rooms are very small and a little soulless. The beds are pretty standard singles, duvets need replacing and need new pillows. All very dated. Also the place is very noisy indeed. If you are a light sleeper, you will not be able to sleep. If anyone comes in to the block, you can hear every footstep and every word - I didn't sleep a wink in the 3 nights I was there and was exhausted when I got home. The positives are that they are clean rooms and the staff are very friendly. But definitely not 4* and I would say it struggles to be a 3*.

A beautiful property set in a majestic area.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property, room, breakfast and staff for the very competitive price. My only minor gripe was the lack of an elevator.

Random but in a good way!

I arrived to a beautiful smell of eucalyptus surrounding the hotel! The staff were lovely, the owner and his mother were extremely helpful at all times. I think there was a little language misunderstanding here and there and the restaurant wasn't open one night due to too few people being at the hotel that night and nothing in the surrounding area to appease so I went hungry. All in all though a pleasant stay.

De openingstijden van het restaurant vind je op onze website. Je logeerde bij ons op een maandag. Ons restaurant is op maandag gesloten. Der große Frühstücksraum mit Blick in den Park Ist sehr schön und erholsam. Das Essen war sehr gut, vielleicht etwas knapp bemessen für die Veranstaltung. Das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Für ein Romantikhotel wünschte ich mir passenderen romantischen Einrichtungsstil in den Zimmern. Alles in allem : ein erholsamer, schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, dass, bis auf das Bad,"etwas in die Jahre gekommen" ist. Es war sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab einen große Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen, Wurst und Käse, Joghurt und Marmelade.

Schön am Waldrand gelegenes Hotel, daher sehr ruhig. Das Haupthaus mit Restaurant und Frühstücksraum ist stilvoll und versprüht romantischen Charme. Die meisten Zimmer befinden sich allerdings in einem recht nüchternen Nebengebäude wohl aus den 60/70er Jahren und sind - jedenfalls soweit nicht renoviert - dementsprechend möbliert. Bett und Sauberkeit ließen aber nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Abendessen war sogar ausgezeichnet. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung.

Ich würde wieder kommen

Tolles Hotel mit einem guten Restaurant....Hotel vlt preislich etwas zu hoch - ich nutzte es auch als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ohne die weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gesehen zu haben. Personal sehr freundlich. Mobilfunk ist ein wenig eingeschränkt.

Sehr nette Einrichtung, passend zu dem Grünen...und sehr gut für den Preis. Ich fand das Einzelzimmer sehr nett eingerichtet, dennoch sehr hellhörig.

Angenehmes Hotel, hier kann man sich wohlfühlen

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, es ist ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Frühstück reichhaltig, was will man mehr. Gute Ausgangsposition um auch Köln zu erkunden.

Entspannte Atmosphäre mit exzellentem Personal

Das Hotel ist in sehr ruhiger Umgebung in direkter Lage zum Wald und lädt für ein paar ruhige Tage ein. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, aber durch die ruhigen Gäste war das kein Problem. Für die Geschäftsreise war alles wesentliche Vorhanden, nur das WLAN in meinem Zimmer funktionierte leider eher sporadisch. Das Restaurant hat mir gut gefalllen, das Abendessen war sehr lecker und Qualitativ weit über dem was man aus anderen Hotels gewohnt ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut ausgewählt. Besonders muss ich das Personal loben, was überaus freundlich und hilfbereit war. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in der familiären Atmosphäre des Waldhotels. Das Restaurant

Hübsches Hotel direkt am Wald gelegen.

Für einen Wochenendaufenthalt eignete sich das hübsch gelegene Hotel äußerst gut . Es war sehr ruhig dort , und man konnte wunderbare Spaziergänge im nahen Wald unternehmen.
