The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Similarly, the experience we had at their restaurant, the Cucina was Michelin star like. Superior service, great food and wine! The room was large, very good bed and lovely bathroom. I would go back for sure.

The entire staff was amazing and made our stay great. The hotel and property are so unique and well kept! Easy ride down to upper Bergamo.

Perfect stay
An exceptional hotel, the all-round experience could not be faulted. All of the staff were incredible, they couldn’t have been more accommodating throughout our stay. Arriving late on the first night, having not eaten, we were presented with a great array of snacks to go with our drinks from the bar, the perfect welcome and it set the tone. Breakfast service was extremely efficient, great options, everything delicious. Late night drinks (local) by the roaring fire were a treat. It was a wrench to leave and we hope to return soon.

Beautiful hotel, deserves 5 stars, breakfast is included and amazing. Easily accessible, you take bus 1 and the funicular train san vigilio. Beautiful views.

We are 4 old school chums, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was a treat, the main restaurant created the most delicious food. We are sad to leave after a super week's pampering. Outdoors had wonderful spaces to sit and view Bergamo below and Milan in the distance, plus the beautiful surrounding countryside and hills

Wonderful hotel in the most beautiful location overlooking Bergamo. We had the best time. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room we stayed in was perfect for our stay. I look forward to visiting again.

absolutely love the service provided by this hotel. Appreciate the excellent standards in communication and staffs were very helpful in coordinating transfer to/from property. The property itself sits above the hill of the beautiful cita alta, which offers stunning view to the city. The ground is very green and serene, overall offers a great retreat.

We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. It is in an amazing location with views for miles. The staff were all very good but special mention for Alessandra who really went the extra mile. Thanks you! Hotel, rooms and restaurant all nicely finished and furnished. Had a good meal in the restaurant. We hope to return to explore the are.

Make sure you experience this Hotel
This is an extraordinary hotel that has lovely rooms, a great facility and outstanding guest services. The staff seems to anticipate yours needs and all requests are promptly attended to. After being a guest here you will find that all the other 4 star hotels in North Italy do not compare. I give it the highest recommendation of all the hotels where I have been a guest in my 10 trips to Italy.

Wonderful location with stunning views. Staff were all so friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The little touches - welcome glass of fizz, chocolates in the room all add to making it a very special stay.

מלון מדהים ומודרני מבריק ניקיון נמצא על גבעה שמשקיפה על העיר, נוף מטורף. במלון מושלם נראה הרבה יותר טוב מהתמונות. הגענו ברכב. יכול להיות שהגיע בלי רכב קצת בעייתי אחד המלונות המיוחדים שהייתי בהם היינו לילה אחד לפני החזרה לישראל ולא רצינו לעזוב קצת רחוק מהמרכז

It was a really nice place to stay, and it was easy to get to the Citta Alta by the funicular. It is exactly as depicted on the photos and the views are wonderful. The staff of the hotel were great and breakfast buffet was good as well. We dined at the restaurant, although we didn’t like it as much. I’d probably skip it for a more traditional italian meal next time.

Beautiful new boutique hotel.
This is a new boutique hotel. Accommodation and position excellent. The staff could not have been more friendly and the food was top notch. It’s right at the top of the city. You definitely need a satnav.

Wundervolles Hotel
Ein sehr schönes Hotel über den Dächern von Bergamo. Die Zimmer sehr schön und das Bad super. Der Garten ein Traum mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Es gibt nur einen Punkt, die Bahn die nach ganz oben führt fährt am Abend wie sie will. Bei uns nur bis 20.00 Uhr. . Es ist sehr steil bis zum Hotel zu Fuss.

We wilden het oude Bergamo een keer bekijken en kozen voor verblijf in dit Relais. Ligt mooi op de berg met mooi uitzicht ovrr Bergamo. Het Relais is prachtig verbouwd met veel aandacht voor details. Mooie groenvoorziening. De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk. Het restaurant is uitstekend. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.

Zeer goede kamers , lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame service en personeel. Wel mieren op de kamer, maar we hebben er niet echt een probleem mee. We komen terug !
