We required a shuttle from the airport and tried to reserve one at 21:15 but was told it was not available. The website advertised 24 shuttle service. The hotel communicated very efficiently with us and said to get a taxi from the airport. This was actually cheaper than the shuttle service offered but the hotel! We also needed a shuttle back to the airport at 4:00am and that was easily arranged once at the hotel but it is very unclear from the website about how the shuttle can be booked and the cost. This is definitely not an airport hotel and needs to have much clearer communication about the shuttle and costs.

Impossible to reach by public transport. However, lovely food in restaurant for well-priced, high class evening meal and breakfast - superb selection. Comfortable room with excellent shower and bathroom. Very handy to have a kettle but paper cups are poor.

The Hotel is placed in a tricky location if travelling by public transport you would not be able to get here unless you paid a significant amount for a taxi or travel for an extensive amount of time. We enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfy, staff helpful, breakfast nice plus the parking was included if you drive.

Our flight was delayed so we were forced to sleep by the airport first night and come back in the morning to get our rental. No taxi or Uber were willing to take us all were only taking fares to Milan. I called the hotel and they provided a number for their partner driver. He was sleeping and came to pick us up in 15 mins. The receptionist was the most polite person weve met in Italy. Super nice and warm. The driver came back to give us another ride back to the rental site the next morning. We're so thankful for this hotel. It was clean with nice showers and comfy beds.

Nice hotel right after motorway. The room was much quieter than i thought. The distance to Bergamo airort is about 8km (13 mins). If you have a car, it’s not a bad option to go to airort to catch very early morning or late evening flights. Thank you.

Only spent a night at the hotel, it seemed understaffed and the dinner was really horrible. There weren’t many options either. The rooms were clean but you could see all the marks on the wall and it was clear it required renovation.

Close to the airport for our early flight, didn’t look the best from the outside, but the inside was nice, comfortable and very clean. Rooms where the same (view wasn’t great, but I knew that before booking. The staff where great, especially the lady that ran the restaurant and bar and the man on reception on the Friday evening we where there! Food was lovely (ravioli filled with Italian sausage, pancetta, Gorgonzola, butter and Parmesan 😋) and reasonably priced! Made our stay and airport transfer very pleasant!

Airport hotel but cost €23 to get to the terminal!
Hotel is sold as Mercure Bergamo airport with a shuttle available. What they don’t tell you is the shuttle costs €23 each way to and from the terminal. I could have stayed at the more expensive hotel next to the terminal and still saved money!! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable although a little dated in places. Staff were polite and helpful. However the blow to my budget for transportation put a downer on my stay.

We stayed One night in this property for our flight layover . This hotel is only about 20 minutes away from BGY airport by taxi. Our room is modern and very clean. Their Buffay breakfast has a lot of Choice.

The hotel is quite far from the airport . They advertise airport transfer included and then they say when you arrive there it’s not free ( and it’s not cheap ) so you have to budget for transfer at least 50 Euro ( two ways from and to the airport ) . Hotel front desk never answers calls from rooms . The AC isn’t working . The shower is in a bad condition. I’m not sure how this hotel is part of Accor compnay .

Dear Sirs,I was sorry in reading your review but it contains information which unfortunately are not true.There isn't any place where we "advertise" that the transfer is icluded in our rates. We are located at 7.5 km far from the aiport and the you can see it every booking site. Even on this. AC was stopped at the temperatures went down and unfortunately there was a sudden rise which could not been anticipated. We are part of the Accor chain and we are continuosly checked and I can ensure that all Accor' requests have always been respected.Regards

I go to the room in the old building mold in the toilet and the shower, terrible condition the wood and doors parts next to the floor will swallow from moisture, Crocs and dirt on the walls. Even in one star hotel I expect much more

Being this the second time that you use our hotel and for the second time you asked us in private for refunding the money paid I do hope next time you will find another "better" hotel, avoiding ours, in which your expectations will be satisfied.

Booked as thought close to airport. Turned out 7km and a 25 Euro transfer fee. It's also on an industrial estate, no where close to walk for a meal. Purports to be 4 stars but would rate lower than that compared to the previous 5 x four star hotels we stayed at. Just a bit shabby in corridors. Couldn’t fault the staff.
